No one is doing this. What they ARE doing is calling you out on the fact that you have provided no reasoning for any read recently, and in Bell's case (correct me if I'm putting words in your mouth here, Bell) wondering why it is you're so confident in these reads since you've not been present since prior to the Gamma nom. Spamming "X is town, Y is scum" at people and calling them names when they ask you why is about is anti-town as it gets and you know better. So throw the attitude in the bin where it belongs and play the game with the rest of us, hm?
THis person agrees too much mastina, and agreed alot with my early postings. That makes them doubly suspicious. This is my ace in the hole scum case.

I actually can see it as being shade or trying to push at them for humility. It wasn't the intended the effect, or rather the effect was to see how they'd respond to it so I could try to understand them, but from a presentation perspective where others are watching the accusation is not unfair.
