That was my immediate reaction when Psyche did it
- that sounded way too much like Monkey's writing to have been something Psyche made up.
So why point it out? What's the Town motivation in wanting the Doc modkilled?
Didn't realize he would be modkilled, or even that he was breaking the rule. I just thought it sounded too much like my PM to be fake.

Alright, cool. If Varsoon had claimed Miller with no Cop in the game, that would have looked really sketchy. Now that that doubt has been laid to rest, I am 99% positive that Varsoon is Town.
Looking through Boxxy's ISO, he only suspected three people throughout the whole game: roflcopter, EddieFenix, and Varsoon. Well, roflcopter was his partner and Varsoon is off the table, but what about Eddie? The interactions between the two seem a little forced, don't they? I'd be willing to believe that Boxxy overcompensated and tried to distance himself from both of his buddies early on. His opinion of Eddie in the wagon analysis in
1332 just seems way too weird to ignore. He was parking his vote on Eddie ever since roflcopter died because Eddie was "coasting," but in the wagon analysis, that coasting is no longer worthy of suspicion? Boxxy's exact words are "Eddie reads pretty null right now so I'll cross him off for now." Why? There's no explanation and no logic. It makes no sense for him to suddenly back off for such a weak reason.
I'd be interested to hear you defend yourself, Eddie, but right now, I think you're the most likely candidate for the third (and final?) slimy girl.

So if we have two three-man scum teams, mislynching here puts us at Lylo tomorrow with one of them. Even hitting the supposed last Slimy girls mafia only gives us MyLo. I almost think we're better off not deliberately trying to wipe out the one Mafia in the hopes that they crosskill instead.
We don't have time to waste on Varsoon's claimed miller right now. And since as others have said it seems unlikely that scum would leave a claimed doc alive when we'd have no reason to think Psyche would have claimed in their QT, yeah, town, final answer.
Rubicon's Moe claim works for me even with Moe as an antagonist, since Calvin's Good Side flipped town along with Monsters under Bed.
Skullduggery is also a firm town read. That leaves Yates, TSO, TD, EddieFenix, NS, and Dante. TD has gotten townier for me as the day goes on, as he's sidestepped some places where he could have gone for easy lynches.
Eddie and NS both had notable interactions with boxxy and roflcopter. Yates-MS hasn't done anything to be a town read. TSO has been odd today. Dante still isn't an awful lynch.
Any of the latter five would be acceptable to me. If we have four scum left, I like the odds in that group at any rate.

Skullduggery, are we better off shooting for Slimy girls scum? I agree that Eddie is a great candidate there, but now killing off that Mafia puts us at MyLo tomorrow, where with Psyche alive we'd have had a mislynch left.

Yuck. No. I don't know about you, but I'd rather not leave my fate in the hands of the Scum players and cross my fingers hoping that they cross-kill each other. I'm not going to let Scum determine the outcome of this game if I can avoid it.

Eh. Call me short-sighted, but I'd rather just lynch Scum first and sort out the details later.
We know who two of the slimy girls are, so finding their theoretical partner sounds much easier than identifying the as-yet-undetermined second Scum group. (Adults, I think it was?)
Besides, we still don't know for certain how big the Scum teams are. Two teams of three is the common view, but that's what we thought in WWE Mafia and that wasn't the case. Maybe there aren't four Scum left; maybe there are only three or two. Still too many unknown variables to try to math it out right now.

I verified the Town Doc wasn't fake claiming!

Let me save you some time. Closest analogue is Street Racers Mafia; when I was part of the larger surviving scum team in this situation I was screaming for us to attempt to lynch the likely last other team scum.
The point about potentially uneven scum teams makes me leery about going for connections to boxxy-rofl as well. I think it's very likely that there are other Slimy girls given the source material, but it could have been a two gal team given the strength of a JK-Sidekick combo. In which case we could chase connections until the cows come home to no avail.
Yates, sure, you pressured the town doc...when we weren't likely to lynch an unCC'd doc, especially if Psyche'd claimed Hobbes. Why is that something only town would do?

I had a feeling. So why maintain this attitude if you are Town? Why care which team you are shooting for?
That was tongue-in-cheek given I "mod confirmed" his alignment when he quoted his role pm as a response to my claim pressure.

I don't particularly care, since either could leave us at crunch time tomorrow, but I don't want us to get so hung up on trying to lynch vaguely possible Slimy girl connections that we ignore scummier people.
EddieFenix's complete silence does concern me, but I don't have reason to trust NS or TSO either. Right now I think TSO is looking pretty scummy, regardless of connections to Slimy girls. His ISO is a lot of jumping on people in a nit-picking way. It's like he's going through the motions of scum hunting without getting much out of it.

Don't like the voting pattern. Don't like the way HE handled the doc claim. Don't like that he volunteered the "scum cop" scenario. Yeah. He can be our scum kill today.

Hey yates, if NS flips scum would you think there is or is not a real scum doctor?

I haven't seen Skull's scum game, but her play here reminds me a lot of WWE Mafia, where I was worried enough about her being so townie she was unlynchable and likely to be protected that I got our scum team to daykill her. Maybe she's awesome at faking her town meta, but it's a firm enough read that there's no way I'd lynch her without some contradictory PR result or huge neon signs linking her to flipped scum. And even then, meh.
TD, why do you have any doubt about Varsoon and Skullduggery?

Right now I could vote any of T S O, NS, or Rubicon for keeping the pressure on the Doc without a counter claim.

I'm not going to design my game around the
potential existence
of a scum doctor. So I don't really care. Essentially, I just think he was trying to put the doc claim into question [scummy] more so than to attempt to ascertain the truth value of the claim itself [townie]. Does that answer your question?

Unfortunately, it actually makes you more Town.
