Nerocain: I'm sorry. But you're saying I'm scummy for asking a specific question of someone who was online at the moment, when that's exactly what you're doing right now.
And you are not getting away without answering this question properly:
Nero Cain wrote:That could get us no where. A scummer could say something so town like he's believed and a townie could say something scummy/freak out and we end up in a mis lynch. What are we gonna do, go around and bandwagon everyone unlike we get a response you like? Any info that helps the town also helps the scum.
devotress wrote:
How do you even suggest a game of mafia to be played? this is a serious question. If you say deciphering information is bad, what the hell is this game to you? Wait for a cop claim?
Not going around and starting bandwagons just to get a supposed reaction. I mean really, do you think scum or gonna be like "Oh you got me!". NOOO
Your answer is not sufficient. You specifically said information was bad. And I said "how should the game be played" and your response was only to reiterate that it shouldn't be played the way I am, not to say how it should be.
Nerocain, if information helps scum and should not be a method of playing as you've stated in the quoted posts, how do you suggest one plays the game of mafia?

Care to explain, or is this one of those "I'm Reck, don't question me" kind of deals?

It's a "Hey, bv310 is blatantly bandwagoning and parroting a weak case, man that sure does look like a scum move" kind of deals.

Saying Fair enough is a hell of a response to someone voting you and calling you scum bv.

sure
unvote
Vote BV
Sometimes when I'm scum, I have this habbit of not wanting to argue too hard when people call me scum, like, "I'll look like i'm paranoid about being caught if I argue it all the time!" This isn't rational, but it is a thought process I've had.

The "bad response" bit is right, but how is bv's post a strawman?

@Kdub
Summarizing the whole last 2 pages. I was talking about the dram thing with that one.

Reck seems awful eager to keep Dram alive here... To the point he's allowing Dram to create an exceptionally weak case on someone else, but when Dram's called on it and voted, he'll call that a weak case when someone else follows onto the wagon and vote them... Sorry, but what? Reck's play at this point isn't pro-town, and diving headlong onto the bv wagon is bad form for everyone else when there's been no solid reasoning to do so.

Reck, I'm still waiting for a response to my question. What did the mod mean when he said that you knew why unvotes were necessary?
It seems to me that wagons are happening at lightspeed in this game. Maybe I'm just not used to large games, but this seems weird to me. Here's how it looks like stuff is going:
"Hey [insert name here] seems scummy cause of [insert single reason here]. Imma vote him"
"me too"
"me three"
"me four"
This doesn't seem productive in the least. If you're going to vote, one would think that you should at least put a teensy bit of explanation?

Oh.
I have absolutely no idea why unvotes are necessary unless he's referring to another game we played together that I don't remember or something.
And yes, I'm in a site-wide alliance with dramonic. But outside of that, he seriously hasn't been scummy this game, so ya'll can lick on DEEEZ NUUUUUTZ

As in, despite my obviously not-serious-pseudo-buttsex-alliance with drammy, he hasn't been scummy this game.

Bad reaction.
But tbh I am far more interested in how quick you were to ISO me for something so droll. All you had to do was ask me. There was nothing scummy about what you ISOed me for. So it was completely unnecessary.

Okay Reck, Dram pushed gandalf for absolutely nothing whatsoever. Was that a pro-town move?
