Well, I'd like for you to offer some reasons if you're voting for me. I'd also like to hear some discussion for or against reviving Sheriff Andy. I think we agreed that bringing someone back would most likely happen under these circumstances.

But then you'd get another crack at him, wouldn't you? Commify is scum. We should lynch him. If we want, we can bring back Andy tomorrow.

Ok 7 alive now, we lynch one, down to 6, 2 more go down tomorrow thats 4, then its 2 scum alive and 2 townies or whatever non-scum equivalent we have.

Other than being scum or another cop, I dont see what Quails hurry would be, the scum still get a kill regardless.

We revive Andy now, and

Mark my words - Commify is scum. He knocked out Andy with a whiskey bottle. But I can't argue with reviving him.

Final Day 3 Vote Count

4 Revive Andy/Dirge – (Internet Stranger, inHimshallibe, Quailman, Lt. Origen)

Not voting (3):

Commify, davidangelsummers, PeaceBringer

With 7 alive, it’s 4 to imprison/no lynch/revive.

Day 3:
With Andy disappeared, you all (majority that is) decide it is best to search for him. Some of you operate the phones and others go to Mt. Pilot and Cyler City. Andy/Dirge cannot be found in these places either. It is already a little past noon and seems like the progress is minimal. However, a break comes your way. With Internet Stranger leading the cause, you find out that Andy was put on a rail car heading to Chicago. Begging the headsman of the train to understand your situation, you convinced him. He is nice and sends Andy back at your request. As the sun sets in the way, Andy arrives back in town!! “Welcome back Andy!!” you all say with grins, except for a few. Some faint mutters, “I thought he ridded the first time.” Andy talks about how he was tied up and dragged onto a railcar to be taken away from Mayberry. He can only tell so much until the night approaches.

Dirge, Andy Taylor, has been brought back to activity. It is now Night 4. Choices are due, say, Saturday 14th 6:00pm (EST). Be sure to look at the roles of the players, like Foolster41 (heh).

Night 4:
The sky loomed over Mayberry. Darkness and vile drunkards may eventually surround it. But some hope remains as the street lights flicker. Pieces of garbage tumble across the street and some broken beer bottles litter the street gutters. Will someone clean them up?

Quailman, Barney Fife, drove to his target. Alright, I got a guilty result yesterday, so maybe I can expose more bad guys. He thought, “We’ve got to nip them in the bud!” As he lifted the window, he slipped his hands to lift himself in. “Ouch,” he said as the window fell on his hands. He got in on the third try. On the table he saw the same brass knuckles that made their imprints on Gomer and Aunt Bea. Barney couldn’t swallow. He went to the kitchen to get some water. Entering again to the living room, the knuckles were gone. Barney fell out the window. Dusting himself off, a stranger spoke out, “I’ve been waiting for you, deputy.” Quailman’s legs were frozen in ice. The pulled back…

Internet Stranger, Ben Weaver, was returning from a house. The walking was tiresome on his old body. He usually had a smile on his face. He seemed pleased with his last action. He sat to rest on a park bench. As relaxed, a stranger approached him from behind. “Crack,” and IS was out like a light.

The roster crows and six of you gather at the courthouse. Quailman and Internet Stranger are missing. Going over to Quailman’s house, you see his body lying on his porch. He appeals to be dragged there, but you can’t trace the trail. Internet Stranger is nowhere to be found. You see his cane in the park by a broken whiskey bottle.

Quailman, Barney Fife – Cop, has been beaten up and hospitalized
Internet Stranger, Ben Weaver – Shopkeeper/inventor, has disappeared
It is now Day 4. With six of alive, it’s 4 to lynch

N3 I investigated Lt. Origen. That night I was blocked. But...
big_kahunia wrote:
It must have been a stroke of cruel fate, but coming up to him at that very moment was the player of whom he sought. Dirge had his eyes closed, reveling the taste of cherry. The stranger with a whiskey bottle in hand cracked it over Dirge’s head. Dirge was out cold…
This to me says that Lt. Origen is guilty.

But before we vote I think that we should discuss last nights death scene. I think that we can find candidates for scum there too.

At night I can protect someone, including myself or I can investigate.

If you mean by Quailman's death, Dirge, I suppose it's very likely for commify to be scum. Things to consider -

1. Barney Fife was possibly paranoid.
2. Mafia kill off Quailman, who was jumping up and down over commify, in hopes we'd lynch commify today. This is based on Consideration number 1 (Barney being paranoid, making commify probably innocent).

So, if no one thinks Barney was paranoid, I'm more than willing to vote commify.

I think that it is likely that Barney is paranoid, I believe he frisked his own mother in one episode.

There is one problem with Barney being paranoid, he should have found someone "guilty" earlier. The answer to that may be that he doesn't always get "guilty" results.

There is a 50/50 chance, in my opinion that Barney is paranoid or something. 50/50 is not good enough in the position that we are in.

With the info we have
Lt. Origen is practically confirmed scum
.
Vote: Lt. Origen
It also appears that after I posted my comments about his guilt he was on 'scum elsewhere and didn't reply to these serious accusations.

I'm going to respond to the late Quail's allegations by saying that Deputy Fife, in all likelihood, was some sort of bumbling cop with a varying degree of success (I've seen the TV show but once or twice, but this seems in character, no?) Anyways, I am going to throw my weight behind our surviving cop and
vote Lt. Origen
because there is no reason for doing otherwise.

However, I would also like to address Dirge's last paragraph that makes reference to Lt. Origen being online but not addressing the accusations. That sort of metagaming kind of... annoys me. Sorry, don't know why, but it just does. :(

Lt. O has practically admitted he was scum. There's a lot to discuss here. How'd this go from a game with few lurkers and lots of good participation to one with a majority of lurkers and little participation?

is it me?

well sounds like to me that Lt. Origen admitted to being scum as well.
Vote Lt. Origen
. The write up does look and sound like it points to Lt. Origen as guilty also (which is why I thought it might be PM quote which woulda been hella bad).
