Usually self-meta is done by scum though, exactly because they're trying to play as they would as town and they're frustrated if it doesn't work and go "but I play like that as town"

So no, Wisdom, I don't agree with his scumteam. He's picking on Jacob, Kerberos, Feg, and not science. They are outspoken players thus far save for Jacob, who people have been clamoring to start posting more. I feel that people saying less and staying in the shadows are just as likely to be scum at this point. People flying under the radar like Jacob, who I can't remember anything from, can mess with my head. And honestly, I DON'T know how you play. Why do you feel the need to excuse yourself out of your play because that's "how" you play. There are other experienced players here who can look through your past games and/or have prior experience with you. Let others who have played with you reference your play.
