Sorry, I meant to say
Why are you reasonably sure I am scum for those little things?

When you've said fuck all how else are people to find you as scum?
Seriously, your lurking and being scummy, don't pretend your town.
You have no REAL reads, your trying to OMGUS me, and YOU DON'T EVEN HAVE A VOTE DOWN.

@Jason my townread on GM is only a light one at this stage, no-one has jumped out as overly town but there are 3-4 people that I'm getting light town reads off.
GM
Jason
Gar
and possibly Feg
see post 144
I'm getting scum readings of Best and to a lesser extent Cabd.
the others are null at the moment

I'm lurking?
If you want to lynch a lurker today, then why not lynch Darq?
Posted: Tue Jun 18, 2013 4:07 am
by JasonWazza
Because Darq isn't a lurking Scum Fuck
He is just plain lurking.

And how do you know that?

He's saying that Darq is just plain MIA where as you are creating an illusion of activity without actually doing much pro-town

2. Explain what? You aren't reading like you do in your Town games.
4.
Now
, but at the time you said that?
5. If you actually are Town doing a reaction test and it involves a certain set of conditions, you don't half-ass it. You try to prod those conditions into being met. If you're Scum, on the other hand, then it doesn't matter if the conditions are met since you don't actually need to test anyone.
1. Well, I think it's satisfactory, but OK.
2. Again, expand.
4. Because he didn't know when scum could talk, it came across as a townslip.
5. A fair point, but I'm just lazy in general. Loads of games, loads of IRL, and burnout don't help.

@GM I a getting a town read off Feg.
My queries about whether scum could talk was genuine. I havent played on this forum and on the other forum that I play on scum can talk when they want. However it was very WIFOM and came across as slightly anti-town.
This was intentionally done to see if I could weed out any scum. Due to the slightly anti-town nature of the post I thought it would be perfect for scum to start a wagon on me and proclaim me as scum. I'm sure the more experienced of you may have seen through this or would have coped on to it and used it as a scum tell for others.
It is what I hinted at back in post 168

as to why I'm getting light town reads of Feg, if he was scum he would have seen that as an opportunity to label me as scum. Like Jason (I think) said scum dont want to 'confirm' as many town as possible as it narrows the field of potential scum

2. Again, expand what? Take you in Open 494 for instance. You were just oozing obvTown there. Here? Not so much.
4. That is the oldest trick in the book. Remembrance did it replacing into Micro 137. And before you go underestimating newbies, that was literally his second game here.
5. There you go again with the burnout. You seem awfully interested in telling us this.
@Guy: All that is fine. I still disagree. However, Feg can wait.

Okay.
Nothing personal but this game is on the backburner, I've got another game close to deadline that needs attention first. I'll get to everyone in due time... around 2 and a half days IRL time or so. Might pop in a bit before that, depending on how busy work is.

What Gar said. Darq has been prodded and still hasn't turned up. You on the other hand have not posted a single pro-town post since I voted for you...

This is a scumclaim.
Let me make my big post elsewhere and I'll give you all a full case, but the SEs and IC should understand this.

What you just did. Essentially claiming your role is scum-aligned. 'cuz it is.

I don't really understand? I just asked if it was time for a hammer soon? How exactly does that make me scum aligned? I'm quite sure Best is scum and I'm quite positive I'm town aligned... however if you need proof by all means lynch me.
I would however refer people to post 183

Continued discussion is pro-town. Asking if it is time to hammer is suspicious especially since we still haven't even heard from Darq (or Darq's replacement) at all. Your last couple of posts definitely have me concerned. You can't bounce back and forth between "I don't know any better" and "Only those who know better will understand my advanced scum hunting moves" and not expect to be called out for it. It looks wishy-washy or poorly played at best.

Okay, you're totally wavering caught scum now, guylett.
Scum wants day to be over as soon as possible. Scum likes the night. I'm town. I frigging hate the night. It's useless for my win condition. Night is the scum phase, and entering it this early is dumb and scum motivated. Hence, you're claiming scum.

Also this was (yes I'm using the O word guys) opportunistic of you to test the waters of following GM's vote on me without actually laying one down.
