sorry, I tried to rush a post out. F-16 doesn't look like the most sophisticated player. Till now we had a bit of feeling around with wagons, some wagons got some resistance (pitoli, TIP). In the meantime, the people who see their wagon on those fail move on to F-16. He's ideal to place your vote on and I don't like it very much for that reason and that's what seems to be happening. He's currently the person we can all agree on. Everyone of us. Isn't that a bit strange?

Too often I've seen scum post "why am I scum!?!?!?", and although it goes a little far to count it as a scumtell (it's not hugely accurate, though I believe it's a mark against someone), I think it's a bad idea to get into a discussion about it. It's always going to be drawn out, and in the end you aren't talking to the people you need to be talking to. I've posted I didn't like TIP's reactions, and he's going to disagree. We just did that debate with that result in two posts. We can also draw it out to a page and nobody will be any wiser.

I do understand how this game works. I am aware that if one wants to convince town, one has to provide reasons. I know mine were minimal. I didn't like TIPs reactions, and that started as soon as post 14.

I also explained you why it's silly to give reasons when the person you accuse is the only one interested in them. It just fills the thread with a pointless debate that nobody wants to read. But you choose to ignore that post and drone on how reasons are protown, because they taught you that in your newbie game.

And I'm happy you've convinced yourself your vote is correct. The thing that worries me about the bolded is that you say your vote will be "right". Not "on scum". It's a small distinction, but an important one. Town want to lynch scum. Scum want their votes to make sense to town, but be wrong. Correct votes are the worst kind.

I did. My point is that what is literally happening (how many votes are on F-16) is never what is actually happening (F-16 is the easier wagon to push). It's simply a matter of reading between the lines, something that you have repeatedly shown an inability to do. Just because F-16 doesn't have the most votes now doesn't mean that he isn't the easiest lynch to push. If you had been paying attention to what was happening in the game, you'd find that almost everybody has reservations of one sort or another about F-16, essentially making him the default lynch for the day (or compromise). Pay attention. If a player is unable to push the wagon they want, they are likely to change their vote to F-16.

ETL, you haven't considered that Purple Rose is avoiding voting for me just to make it seem as though I am not an "easy" lynch. He/she could just be deliberately giving that impression. I don't like his/her non-justification for voting TIP. I also feel that his/her whiteknighting of me is baseless since he/she can't explain it anyways. I don't think my play here was bad. I have two townreads, ETL and Pitoli (correctly, I think) and am in the process of trying to get more. The pressure on me isn't due to bad play. Having early townreads is not poor play.
