FTFY:
A wagon is a bunch of votes
A bus is when "scum buddies" throw their partner under the bus to save themselves.
If we were both scum, then I would be bussing

See what? Where have you come close to being wagoned/lynched for speaking your mind here?

First he tries to discredit me before addressing the unvote. When pressed says he got nervous by it (to his credit, he might not be so familiar with how things work around here, but I still don't think it warrants being that nervous and unvoting so quickly).
Lots of fluff after that, responding to irrelevant things. A few of us are actually trying to get the game going and he seems to have ignored it altogether, saying he might need to 'start the ball rolling' as if it hadn't already. And then he is still hesitant.
Could be legit nerves but with not much else to go on right now I like my vote there.

Pro-town attitude should be to speak your mind at the risk of getting lynched... especially D1

Yeah- it's up to us to decide whether to buy your posting as a genuine concerned newbie, or whether to assume you're scum hiding behind your newbie card.
btw, do I still have mine?

Like...I have lots of tolerance for newer players - and I will always suggest starting in the Newbie queue - but I don't have a lot of tolerance for not reading the mods rules posts.
This post makes me want to commit suicide.

I think what I said was within the rules.

More like I feel really really really bad about myself and might need a break from this game. Or drink a lot.

aww it's adorable
I read it as genuine newbie concern, considering he has only 1 newbie game under his belt, and it had a different RVS (from a quick browse)
I'll take the wagon though, just to see what's up and what
bad
reasons people come up with for jumping on it

Eh maybe
I remember when I was just a wee little pikachu, I found the idea of voting people, and then voting other people later, kinda weird. Why would you vote someone unless you were reasonably confident they were a bad guy? But I feel like I got past that in a relatively short order, and this dip into AtE has me feeling like this slot is just not town

Don't feel bad about yourself! These games can feel pretty heated sometimes and it might feel like stuff really *matters* and people will be disappointed if you choose incorrectly, but it's only a game. Have fun with it! After the game we'll have some post game laughs and slap each other on the back.

We'll see how he behaves as the wagon grows

Everyone learns at their own pace and different things will resonate with different people.
He says he's new, he sounds new, mods validated his newness, so treat him like he's new.

I mean I wanna say I kinda got over it in like... 10 pages of my first game? Maybe people adjust at different rates though, or newbie queue has just become it's own little world

Then again we're only on page 8 here and I didn't read how deep his newbie game went so... *shrug*

The newbie queue feels to me wildly different than the rest of the forum.

Look, now I'm fucking up big time because I actually brought up the fact that I was new just to try to justify that I'm a stupid piece of shit. That's what's going on.
I'm not fucking new to this game. I'm new to this website and I won't give shit for an excuse anymore.
I'm going drinking now. GIF, you might as well get me out of there.

If I understand the rules, I think you're now obliged to leave the game. If that's the case, I hope you will consider joining another newbie game. It can be a frustrating game sometimes, but it's still fun.
