I think the people with so called charisma are probably just a combination of well written natural leaders who have caused the average player to call leadership charisma by causing the average player to follow the leaders where they want to go.
Somewhat ironically.
The issue with "charisma" is that it does not equate to good reads, therefore town can be led by town to a mislynch
I think there is occasionally players who have reputation for good reads so people follow them even if they are perhaps not as overtly "charismatic" but the risk is they could be scum of course
To be a good town player, I try to be a team player and make the unit work together as a whole. Sometimes i am accused of diplomacy or fence sitting but I'm often just trying to get people to consider other perspectives if they dont appear to have done so.
I think I am capable of talking people into lynching a particular target without just bulldozing my way through the town but I dont particularly like doing it
I would not say I'm a great town player... my reads are simply not that good- RadiantCowbells

i would consider FL intensely charismatic and he's good at more than not getting lynched
i also think yall underestimate how traditionally charismatic I am since I've gotten lazier and more force of will / reputation driven2019 stats: Town WR 76.7%, overall WR 81.667%, 1 scum defeat involving a major mod error in lylo vs 8 scum wins.-

I think just being active and using your voice and vote makes u a good player.
If at the end of the gameYOUfeel like you tried your best, regardless of how accurate you were then its some p good town play. OFC, those that were more accurate are better players but still...Of all tyrannies,a tyranny sincerely exercised for the good of its victims may be the most oppressive.
