It doesn't matter who you JK, but he previously mentioned he was Non-Consecutive Night, so it's not like he can commute every night. You JK'ing him basically saves him from using his action.

I understand wanting to wait for potential discussions, but you should just hammer. There's no scenario where TLK doesn't get lynched today, and there's next to no value in waiting.
