Here is the order of events

Night action success - challenges Titus to a battle
Battle starts in the dawn following the night
Moves get submitted
If Titus submits the move 'Bounce', then the battle ends without any attacks occuring
Titus does not have to use the move 'Bounce', but it is an option

Does it say your attacks cannot be evaded by any means or just refers to the conventional way of evading

If Ali has intended for the interaction in design there will be a hint of that in the wording

If any move is just gonna do some damage to someone in the night phase, it's tackle
If Twins tackled Smoke and Mirrors, it would stand to reason that if Twins are town then they scumread Smoke and Mirrors
Twins' early day 3 does not support that they scumread Smoke and Mirrors
