Do you not see the difference?
not by very much.
In post 1798, Desperado wrote:The bottomline is this: what was the town motivation for switching from mutley to goat when Malcolm had made it abundantly clear that he didn't care which one died, because he thought they were both scum?

If you can answer that question I might entertain your skepticism, but I doubt that you can, because I thought about that very question for a long time and came up empty.
What was the town motivation of all the players that followed Malcolm onto Goat? They didn't have any and are just as much to blame as Malcolm. What it looks like to me is that changed his mind and decided that Goat was a better lynch. I don't see that as some surefire scumtell. I'd much rather vote from the Petapan, Darthe, ESQ slots as they contributed to a no lynch possibly even more.

hahahahaha are you serious? There is none! You've already acknowledged that I've said I will be lynching in that group. I'm honestly confused by your behavior right now.

And if you thought that all of those people were scummy and would much rather vote for them, why did you just try to discredit me sight unseen by misrepresenting this:
In post 1749, Desperado wrote:I want to hear from all eight of you, actually. The four (not counting mutley obviously) who voted Goat the end of the day, and the four who essentially wasted their vote. There is no town motivation to a NL, so I'll be voting in this group of eight today.
As a "chain lynching scheme" that you can't be sure isn't "scum lining up lynches" when I clearly stated that I was looking at that group of 8 for today and you agree that they are all scummy for their role in the NL?

That's not why I'm voting for Malcolm.

Malcolm had made it clear that Mutley/Krab and Goat were two of his top Scum reads. He had also made it clear that he intended to kill Goat during the night. If it looked like Mutley was going to get lynched, why would he switch his vote to Goat at the last minute -- especially since he was supposedly planning to just kill Goat himself? Why not just lynch one and kill the other? What is the Town motivation behind that last-minute vote switch? I don't see it. I suspect that Malcolm is lying. That's why I'm voting for him right now.

For those saying if I flip scum then Sven is scum. I would actually say when I flip town sven is scum. Infact I think sven is scum. Don't know why hes been so adament not to vote me.

and I don't think that's a good reason to vote Malcom. It wouldn't be the first time Nacho pussied on a scum read, and I don't think he's done that as town.

let's get this shit right here though, I would totally be down to lynch Sven. not entirely sure about Goat

I'm putting the NL on him.

Why are they more to blame then Esq, Darthe, Peta?

I also think its lame and scummy for you to blame Malcolm for the votes on Goat from the above 3.

*suspicious look*

You're not scummy after all, are you?

Nero, what is YOUR read on Malcolm? I think he's scummy as hell, and his read on me has nothing to do with that.

Why would my asking despo a question be scummy? I just really really don't see it that way. The previous stated 6 were all responsible for their own votes.

Malcolm doesn't seem particularly scummy to me but I'm not very good at reading Nacho or Kise so meh. What are they "scummy as hell" for?
You misread my post.

Regarding Malcolm, 1712 about sums it up. I kept getting the impression that he was rolefishing.

Why on Earth would you start a counter-wagon on a player that you intended to kill yourself? And hey, would you look at that -- there was only one kill last night, and it was from the Heyman Mafia (CM Punk's flavor).
How do you know that was a Heyman Mafia kill?

In the very same post he says it's CM Punk's flavour for the kill & reading back it makes sense for him to assume that.

just to expand on this Cm Punk's flavour he talks about, CM Punk is an associate of Paul Heyman in WWE (along with Brock Lesnar) and has a finisher called "go to sleep" - therefore the flavour of the kill suggests it was by Punk, because the rock was "put to sleep."

Malcolm said he was going to kill Goat, Goat is still alive. If Goat was town, I'm pretty sure Goat would be voting Malcolm right now and not Mutley.

It's suspicious that you are 1) Attacking Arc so hard 2) Not voting for her 3) Not on the major wagon.

There was no "discredit attempt". I honestly do not get this "well Malcolm should be held more responsible." I also don't agree that that are all scummy. By virtue of sheer numbers, atleast 3 of those 8 are scum. Of the 5 possible scum, I highly doubt that all 5 scum are in that group. Maybe 1 or 2 at the most. I think the most likely to be scum are in the Darthe, Peta, ESQ. Their actions are their responsibility. And I find this "Malcolm gave them the opportunity" is just a load of bull.

Nero.

I said "I will be voting in the group of 8 people who either didn't vote or voted Goat at the end of the day today."

You called this a "chain-lynching scheme."

You then asked me what the town motivation was for all of them to do what they did
when I had already said that very thing, at the end of a post that you quoted!

I understand that you don't agree with the conclusions I've drawn, but the way you're going about it is just terrible. You don't think dismissing my idea to vote in that group of 8 by calling it a chain lynching scheme is an attempt to discredit it? Especially when you've since said that you agree my conclusion that they had no town motivation to do so and why aren't we looking at them instead of Malcolm?

Finally..." I also don't agree that that are all scummy. By virtue of sheer numbers, atleast 3 of those 8 are scum. Of the 5 possible scum, I highly doubt that all 5 scum are in that group." What the hell is this? When did I ever say that the whole scum team was in that group of 8? How are they not all scummy if there is no town motivation for what they did? You're giving me whiplash.
