The circumstances they'd willingly bus under. Do they bus when there's no value in it? When they lose more than they'll gain? Do they avoid bussing where there IS value in it, and they could make up for being scumread heavily? That sort of thing.

I don't really remember Cakez's scum meta to this extent and in my recent memory of him as scum he just went down fast and hard so not a useful answer, sorry.

I can explain Tammy/my bussing metas but I don't think that's what you're looking for from this?

I think, Dunn, that the issue you're having here may be that the scummiest person in the game is Not_Mafia, and I don't trust myself to read that slot confidently. I think it's VERY SCUMMY, even taking NM's playstyle into consideration, but I have no prior experience. I'm taking a gamble on the basis of a SINGLE SOLITARY POST, "Who is Duchess?". And if NM is town, I think NM misses every. single. solitary. time. It's damn near gamethrowing to shoot there unless I'm 100% certain beyond all doubt, and I am distinctly not.

This is an anti-town mindset.

For one, lazy people think that Not_Mafia fucks off all the time, always lurks, never posts. That's not the whole story. He is certainly capable of more - he is a gigantic fucking troll, and popcorn mafia is the environment where trolls thrive UNLESS said trolls are scum. Do you really think that someone who is so proud of how much he aggravates people isn't advocating to get shot 24/7? Because I don't think so - I think Not_Mafia being able to lord a gun over the rest of the game would excite him, and I think he'd enjoy playing the part of jester to get the gun in his hands.

Secondly, there hasn't really been a concentrated push on Not_Mafia. Instead scum like petapan is pushing people like me - why? If Not_Mafia is town, then I guarantee scum want the gun in his hands, but there hasn't been a push on him from fucking ANYONE, and he's the easiest person in the game to push.

Finally, you? Afraid to gamble? Don't stand in your own way here; I need you playing to win. If this game ends any way other than you concurrently shooting the next four scum, then I will be disappointed in you. You're correct that Not_Mafia is scummy as shit and needs to be dealt with; there's no reason for you to leave him for the next person.

it's better for a strong town player to shoot a shitty town player and then that shitty town player shoots poorly than it is for shitty town player to get the gun immediately and shoot randomly

And I was going to spend time making a Dunn town case but I don't think I'm even gonna do that? Dunn's reads are pretty fire, got no problem with him getting the gun.
Again, disappointed if Mush lets NOT MAFIA + HUB + PETAPAN + WHEMESTAR survive but Dunn nails 3/4 of those immediately, so no problems there.

Yeah, I don't think anyone except HUB is too torn up about HUB being the shot. Seems like a player I could trust to hit red, too. I got one concern is all.

Can anyone else think of a non-Imperium slot that hasn't been just telling everyone to shoot Norfolk/HUB from game start? Like, has literally /anyone/ else tried to apply the brakes there? Even on Day 1? In fact, wasn't the opposite the case; pretty much everyone jumping on the "Imperium scum" train for taking caution on reading that slot during the /single digit page numbers/ of the start of the game?

Like, sure, I could be wrong, most reads of NM will be close to rand, but if his alignment is just rand then he's town at least a simple majority of the time here
