how is that a reaction test? it is a direct question, super obvious. And even if, why would a Tracker claim while "reaction testing" someone who he KNOWS did NOT make the nightkill? it's like a cop claiming after receiving a town result. that jsut doesn't happen.

The scum motivation is very easy. first, a premature claim, unprovoked and not under pressure, looks much better. you commit yourself to the fakeclaim, yes, but town consider that too and usually the wifom of whether scum would commit to fakeclaim for towncred VS not do that to keep the ability to fakeclaim better later gets you towncred. trust me, my winrate as scum is high. Also, he expect pressure to come at him after D1, so it's like preemptive measures. Besides, this does not give town ANY good information at all. knowing who did NOT make the nightkill does not make that player town.

basically, this was a 0% pro-town move to do.
