but gotta wait Vaxkiller get prodded and replaced
the problem isn't your paranoia, it's that your paranoia is being presented in a manner that makes you look way too concerned about how you're being perceivedIn post 1822, Gamma Emerald wrote:Pardon me for having just a hair of concern/paranoia over the fact that there are two people who seem to be dictating the development of the game without having seen any reason for it.
Vecna/Dram for reasons stated many timesIn post 1824, Spiffeh wrote:Who do you think is scum?In post 1815, UnrealSeal wrote:I also think Scum being all lurkers is unlikely due to stungun's posting.
Fair, and yes I am concerned about being scumread by the two apparent town leaders, but there's also me just not wanting to let scum steer the game in general because I recall both in The Thing Mafia and some other game I'm not 100% on which one rn that something like that happened. In post 1826, Spiffeh wrote:the problem isn't your paranoia, it's that your paranoia is being presented in a manner that makes you look way too concerned about how you're being perceivedIn post 1822, Gamma Emerald wrote:Pardon me for having just a hair of concern/paranoia over the fact that there are two people who seem to be dictating the development of the game without having seen any reason for it.
4-5 on each scumteam would make 8-9 scum in totalIn post 1820, Gamma Emerald wrote:As for how many scum, I made this analysis a WHILE back, but I think with 2 scumteams they will probably comprise 20% of the population each (so 4-5 on each scumteam). That assumes balanced numbers though.
I'm probably giving the most scumreads rn.In post 1827, UnrealSeal wrote:sort of scumlean on Creature because I think his play is venturing further into 8P Lynchpin (the game I played with him where he was scum) and I don't think he's contributed much to the game at this point.
I'll stick with my just lynch the actual scum.In post 1830, UnrealSeal wrote:I'll stick with my 6 scum out of sheer optimism
I mean you're right about me kinda? I haven't been contributing because of the duels, but it a cause and not an excuse. I detailed this earlier, the tl;dr is because I am not caught up and the duels have been going on, I've just been focusing on who's been dueling each time. Now that I actually have a little time both wrt duels and irl, I'm trying to get into things fully. In post 1828, Spiffeh wrote:Like Gamma Emerald I don't even remember you taking one stance at all this game except for maybe your early catch up posts?
All your recent posts have seemed like your posting just to seem engaged, which makes me feel like you're realizing that now there are no more idiots left to insta-duel and give you a free pass for the cycle, and your lack of actual contribution will start being noticed
Did ANYONE think voting the losing party would result in death at this point? In post 273, Creature wrote:lol scum not wanting to vote the losing party
I don't think Toog is scum because they would have this hashed out by now I feelIn post 307, Toogeloo wrote:@MOD - Only the winner of a duel gets Energon or Scrap? Or does anyone who voted for the winner get E/S too?
There was an earlier comment that suggested that we wanted to duel early so people get their abilities, but if it's only the winner, then I feel like we should be collectively voting for dueling matchups first and then once the duel starts, vote in the duel. I know that seems a bit convoluted, but it seems like it would be a better way to encourage people to both be actively involved, and make sure that people that we think might be town get a chance to get their Energon or Scrap.
So I'd asked this before: when did we figure out neither killed both?In post 374, UnrealSeal wrote:@Gamma killing both would mean no-one gets Scrap/Energon which would mean we're potentially missing out on game-changing night actions
I don't think the possibility of a Doc/BG is outlandish and even if I think FB is dumb, he's still very likely a town VI which means his night action could still help at least a little bit
plus, I think it's too early to vote neither since Kats could still possibly be useful during day play
not too optimistic after that first post though.
Given that all of (RC, fire, katsuki) flipped town I think anyone who backed this shitstorm has a decent chance of flipping scumIn post 401, Katsuki wrote:100% RC TOLD FB SCUMBUDDY TO GO DUEL KATS THINKING THEY COULD GET AWAY WITH ITIn post 394, RadiantCowbells wrote:from a mechanical standpoint, one of firebringer or katsuki would have to be very significantly above null for me to consider not voting neither.
i honestly think rn that katsuki is scum and just made up that strong cop because he knew he had to win the 1v1 because all the sketchy votes are going over to the katsuki surviving side. the best resolution to this either way is to just kill them both.
same rationale behind why you lynch D1 instead of NL, random lynches can hit scum, nightkills can't. upping the amount of random lynches relative to nightkills increases the odds of scum getting hit.
CHEEKY FUCKS
I did (and thought about making scum believe that). In post 1838, Gamma Emerald wrote:Did ANYONE think voting the losing party would result in death at this point?
So people took the stance of "both flips are good" despite knowing the results of voting neitherIn post 550, RadiantCowbells wrote:and frankly we do get information from both flipping town, we get to look through peoples reactions and try to decipher which are scum reactions to a fucking field day for them.
