Personally I didn't like the 1 way lover on the scum team.
Town shouldn't benefit on killing 2 scum in 1 lynch ever (even if it was the same player)

This game may be swingy, and balance is not guaranteed.

You're definitely right that this game wasn't balanced properly. We're playing in some rather uncharted territory with some of these roles, and our focus on some of that came at the cost of some basic fundamentals of balance that we made some serious mistakes on. That said, we were never going to be able to completely balance this game regardless. The existence of demonlord's (later Rabbi Vole's) role created a huge amount of swing on its own, and we saw demonlord screw it up almost instantly.

Your role says if you are targeted by a town NIGHT action. The Interrogator was built as a day action, which takes effect when we move to the night phase. Part of the reason we templated it this way was to make it not interact with your role.

Unstable Mafia Setup/Review

Here you can see some our thought process on this setup and some of the roles.

The two fake claims I gave the mafia team were scrapped ideas for real potential roles.

This setup could be more playable if there was a public anticlaim mechanism (such an anticlaim vig).

This is something I really scratched my head about after seeing the mass claim work pretty successfully. I have kicked myself a lot over these last two months for screwing that up. We made a mass claim viable, when it should never be.

FWIW, my answer on the interrogator-mirror was that the mirror automatically sends the action back to the person who sent it, which makes sense with the name, but your explanation also makes sense with the rolecard.

Night 1 was supposed to be Volxen but something about him being replaced and not added to the PT. So night 1 had no one in the pt except Temporal.

Very interesting set though. I do think that replacing the tough guy with a goon or something might have made it balanced. Also having PT watcher be a thing would've been cool.
