Not quite coherent, but there are basically a few key points I need to sort:
-If karnos is town, then PenguinPower is town. I need to sort them both to determine how likely this is. (I think it's the case, but I'm not absolutely sure.)
-Transcend and Chip Butty are unlikely to be scum together, but one of them is basically guaranteed to be scum if PenguinPower is town.
-Persivul versus SirCakez.

The issue is in having four serious suspects, and only three slots to fit them in. This, if you buy that both karnos and PenguinPower are town, which I still need to confirm.
