There are two possibilities:
Her being scum, in which case she does know and hence will be pretending not to know.
Her being town, in which case she does not know.
I think both of these are feasible. We had nighttime for 3-4 days, then a day that ended within 24 hours, then nighttime for 3-4 days again. That's a long time to remember what went on in the game, how the setup was and so on - perhaps especially if you're the GM of a different game. This goes for both alignments. I really don't know.

I really don't think buldermar is scum.
In case game isn't over, I'm keeping the rest of my reads close to my chest until tomorrow and I'd encourage others to do the same. The popcorn method does not benefit from public read lists and all it does is give scum a road map concerning who to kill.

I am going to lobby the Mod for a Modkill. It's bad enough that he broke a site-wide rule
in the first place
but then he spent forty-some fucking posts
arguing about it.
I don't give two shits who you are or where you come from, when you're told that you've broken a site rule, you don't defend yourself and go on and on and on and on about how it should be allowed for you. You aren't a special fucking snowflake.

There is no need. I'll replace out if need be. I wasn't aware of the site rule on this matter and also said that I'd avoid making sig bets in the future - I didn't do this deliberately to piss off anyone or break any rules, and I thought we already reached consensus that it should be talked about post-game instead.
If you still want to modkill me, I wont be holding it against you.
That being said: if you continue to insult me or lecture me on proper moral and ethics in this manner, I'll begin responding accordingly. Me having accidentally broken a site rule does not entitle you to attack my person, which you did both implicitly and explicitly.

Sorry, I just like saying that. I imagine myself as McGonagall, even if I'm not the biggest fan of the series, and I don't know if she's actually ever said that in a stern, iron-fisted matron-like voice.
Anyhow.
The mod probably knows about it by now. If you think she doesn't, PM her. Again, probably. For now, il y a this here game, non?
We're popcorning. We're doing this because we can afford it. By all means, if we're in LyLo or MyLo, let's stop. But we're not, yet. At the moment, I say we continue this here game, and not solely because I really don't want to read Penguin's posts when it comes to deciding who's scum.

Found a mod to look this game over and get advice on how to proceed.
First of all, I want to state that it is important to read the site rules as well as any mod specific rules to help prevent situations like this. Luckily in this situation, Mollie did not take Buldermar up on the offer or this would be a more sticky situation than it already is. So here goes

At first it seemed like the town was going to follow Nacho's last request. Then a few of them rebelled and major arguing ensued. Buldermar tried to push Mollie into a vote with questionable tactics, NS objected strenuously that Buldermar was out of order. It looked like it was going to end in a stalemate and no one would be voted as the lynch of the day. Finally, Bork ended the stalemate and said Penguin must die. As they rounded up and put the noose on Penguin's neck, she said well I gave it a good try, and Mayor--try not to be too hard on Buldermar. As she breathed her last, a shimmer of glamor dropped which revealed she was the last scum...

A big Kudos to penguin for doing so well under such odds. Also for her graciousness while I was trying to make a decision on this game, which is why I included her in the flavor like I did.
