I do as well.
Do you feel like the shut downs have been tactical?

I feel like every time Bork and I are in the thread at the same time I get into distracting arguments with him, but I don't really feel like it's intentional.

No, you? Are we even supposed to?
its like playing mafia with 5 russians who know each other super well and only speak loud barely understandable russian while drinking excessive amounts of alcohol. you know they aren't all red so eventually they will figure out who the reds are in their in group and let us know.

I've considered it? Cabd has done it some as had Syry. I've already covered the instance if its syry

If it's Cabd, he chose to keep you three separated and feed into my confidence after Xeno to keep town distracted? So meh.

Ah, yes. Of course comrade.

He's right about your play in that game!

Well yes, but in order to keep it from being an outlier I need to keep my mind in the game and not feed into the confidence too much. It's a careful tightrope.

ninja-
Vax did you ever reconcile those two posts for me? How did you go from "Why does scum protect me" to "Im feeling very confident about my play here?"

As scum I spend most of my time scheming and planning (I love it)

As town I just post EVERY thought and sometimes I get a good game (like this one) and I feel particularly bold and and town the fuck out of it by going over board. There was one boonskies game I played many years ago like that.... we lost tho
How did you go frm the woe is me reasoning behind your skitter read to confident in your play here?

How is the first 1 "woe is me"? Like HOW?

Your first line reads very much as "I will not hold much weight in this game so it doesnt make sense for scum to protect me" which seems like a very pessimistic and antagnostic self-evaluation. This is in contrast to where you called this an *on* game for you.

town reads (S - > W)
noddy, prism, dgb, pooky, bork

i need to review the data on bork because that's mostly a read off impressions from memory in the morass. i want to do that, plus pull one more townread from the {ffery, cabd, skitter, elements} murky morass. two if i'm not allowed to selfishly exclude myself from poe. i felt good about ffery last night but did reading while at work and so can't have a confident townread. ben, vax, and syr never leave poe. i have words on the first two but i think neither is an optimal day 1 vote. gut is saying vax may be boredtown but i don't think it'll ever be a high enough confidence read to remove from poe.

(it feels weird using a nickname for someone i barely know, but hey)

You haven't given me anything to talk about. You've had several chances to talk to me about your bork townread or to understand why I'm actually scumreading him. The former you avoid like the plague, the latter you put off.

I'm tired and probably about to go to bed as soon as I shovel enough calories but the ball's in your court here.

Also peta I'm mad that you didn't acknowledge this confession, you were right, you called me out and I backtracked and I'm coming clean all these years later.

i want to, okay? that is my next order of business but given the hour i'm not sure i'll get to it tonight. but obviously this is a critical thing to figure out

I'm about to go to bed so we're definitely not talking right now, I just really don't know what you expected from that invitation without any topic of your own and multiple dodges of the ones I suggest

hmmmmm
i feel like i'm playing sufficiently different that idk it's kinda surprising to me that you would use that as a reason to townread me tbh

maybe i'm bad at communicating but i don't want to avoid discussing why you're actually scumreading him, i wanted to go over it and then tell you that you're being dumb and tilted, probably but like i said i'm reviewing the data OKAY

It was part of why I was scumreading you earlier. You eventually did some stuff here, in this game that I do like for town.
