I'm town

I'm used to these reactions, it may not be this game but hopefully in future games people realise I don't get everything immediately sometimes

That's not "not getting something". That's misrepresenting the setup in a way that's so implausible it's near impossible, and then trying to use it to play off your town meta. This literally isn't a mistake.

This has helped in making me think you're town though! You'll just have to wait longer to see I'm the same

Why does this make you think I'm town?

It's not that section of the rules that gave me that impression, it's an assumption I made at the start of the game, and why reading that rules section later did nothing to correct my false assumption

You really seem to believe I'm faking this and scum, I think if you were scum you would just immediately see it as me being town and have no reason to doubt it so much

I'd posit that this is closer-related to one's charisma than to one's decision to needle in on a townslip. you also immediately assumed I'm town off the back of this dialogue, and I'm telling you straight up this is out of my scum toolbox. why would you assume that people wouldn't townread me off this if it struck you as so Towny?

Your critique of my read on you does give me pause honestly, I don't see why you can't see a reaction like this is towny and why it's so unreasonable for me to townread you for it. I question whether you're being contrarian because you think it'll look better but I doubt that benefits you, so I stand by the read.

I think your read on me is TMI, because I think a member of the town who was subjected to my first serious push of the game on such abstract grounds would be reacting a lot differently. :p

Nah, everyone who thought I was faking townslips in my last game were town, but they realised I was genuine eventually
