Can someone explain a townread on skitter? Their play makes a ton of sense to me as scum yesterday. As scum, she pushed on me, looking to push towards a mislynch then when pressure moves elsewhere she pushes on chenn who would be an amazing lynch then when she realizes the gamestate means the lynch will either be on her or her partner LUV she moves from a light scumread on him to bussing hard and voting there.

If this isn't how you play as scum, can you give me a bit of self-meta? You've said stuff like this throughout the game but I don't know you well enough to be able to trust that.

if i were playing in a way to deliberately get myself townread we probably wouldn't be having this convo. i'm hyper-aware of how what i said comes across and how it might sound. when i'm scum i'll rewrite, when i'm town i don't care and will just say it anyways

if i were luv's partner we also probably wouldn't be having this convo - when i know what people are going to flip it's p easy to set up distancing from really early on so that i look good once he flips - i'd have made a much bigger show of being on that wagon so that nobody would look at it in retrospect and be like: that was a bussing vote

Skitt was the one who brought it up which makes me think they’re both thinking along the same lines

i found out a way to deny scum NK or force them to clear by shooting me

if i claim my target beforehand i force scum to shoot me. which resolves my slot and prevents someone townier from shooting.
