I feel it can be simply Popop/Profi/Nero

Churros why does Nero fake hammer there? It can't be to try to draw out claims because that would be bad for his partner FireBringer who would potentially be put into direct conflict with other claims.

I feel if fire is scum and trying to fakeclaim a block which he didn't take part on, it's actually kinda next-level play from a perspective because it's only something you commonly associate with town baiting NK doing.

I agree that there is no reason for him to claim there, I felt the same way, but it does fit with his style this game, which has I think been very 'brazen' to pick a word ...

Churros the thing about what FireBringer did if he is town is he set up conflict with other town players via counter claim. Of course presumably he did not crumb anything and has given no evidence for or reasons for his supposed claim so it would seem that he set up a claim that he expected to lose.
