@Kaze

Oh good. You're responding to something/participating in the game. That's an improvement at least. If you could at least attempt to look ProTown despite your alignment, that would be wonderful, but I completely understand - It can be hard to convince everyone you're town when you're scum like you are.

Just out of curiosity - why did you not respond to my earlier questions, but as soon as I threaten your life do you pick up your game and answer every one of them? I personally don't think this is ProTown behavior. I don't want to have to put a knife at your throat to get you to help town.

FTR i am basing this vote and this entire lynch on that singular phrase...

What town is worried about their own wagon?

It looked forcibly neutral to me. Especially when he proceeds to ignore Dr Pants' vote entirely and write off Anatole and Pie's votes as "just for the hell of it." So he sees a wagon and him and thinks "oh, fun, let's rock!" and then only does a cursory analysis of one of the votes. The content doesn't follow from the attitude presented.

Nope. Have you?

Of course.

I believe you're all wrong.

I think he's simply more comfortable defending himself then aggressively trying to find scum. Possibly he does not know how to aggressively try to find scum.

I also think you're looking too hard for scum and missing some of the more obvious pieces of information that might lead you to the scum team.

PEdit:

Seeing as I find Victor towny, I have to say yes, I have.

That was an open invitation to tell us who you think is scummy.

And how do you resolve "he's more comfortable defending himself than finding scum!" with him...not actually defending himself? He ignored every vote on his wagon except for the one that had already been criticized by someone else.

I think if you read my posts carefully enough, it shouldn't be too hard to figure out.

My partner and I do not currently feel comfortable blatantly revealing who we find scummy except that our vote is currently on one of our scum reads.

This mindset is usually that of a less experienced player who does not know how to do this properly.

Firstly, looking for evidence of a scum team day 1 is much harder than looking for scummy play day 1. You run the risk of seeing ghosts, and connecting dots that don't connect. This alone makes it a bad idea.

The post strikes me as scummy because you implied that obvious information about a scum team exists, but you haven't presented anything indicating that in previous arguments.

I haven't had a read on you up till now.

To expand on this, I believe Victor does not properly know how to scum hunt, so he is attempting to do it with a way he came up with himself.

PEdit:

Ah, I see how that might make sense. However, "more obvious" =/= "obvious" and as I previously stated, my partner and I are not comfortable blatantly revealing our scum reads at this point.

One of the reasons for this is that we'd like to see you try to find scum for yourself as it helps us read you better.

i can understand not wanting to present a half-baked argument. however, if you are going to suggest you have more information than I do, I'll be suspicious of you.

Especially when you tell someone they are too focused on scum hunting. Which is the only thing anyone should be focused on.

That's not what I said at all.

What I said was that the case on Victor was a stretch at best.

When did metal sonic move from unsure to scum?

Why the hell do you and whoever else in your hydra don't feel comfortable saying who you think is scum? Townreads i can understand keeping concealed, but scum reads? Thats the only way you can progress in this game
