You’re missing the point.
In mafia, what you do is form a case and then judge someone based on that case. In AbN, you assume someone’s alignment and then build a case around the assumption.

Ex.
“Player X has been doing this, so he’s scum.”
Vs
“Player X is scum!”
*Player X does something*
“See? What Player X sis is scummy! Die scum!”

Your progression is firmly of the latter.
