Profii I wish you were townier
I have reasons to believe you’re town but nothing that is too strong out of your own posts, moreso the interactions with Aaron. So I don’t really want to fight against your lynch, even though I think that sorting the hood first is way better. I think this focus on you right now is really bad and not even correct from a mechanical PoV.
I think that a scum has to be in between OS / Looker here, having a 3 town hood is really unlikely.
Did you have a chance to read my wall? Can you tell people whether you agree with the analysis and if it’s strong, since some people are doubting that?- insomnia

I changed my mind on OS
And Wimpy is too stubborn to be scum. He wouldn’t park on birdy for 3 days straight because he’d become self-aware and would eventually want to move.
I am not properly evaluating Wimpy because I dislike the slot so there comes the “wouldn’t mind if lynched”
If you will sit on a policy for 2 day phases then that doesn’t really tell us as much as your flip would- insomnia

Wasn’t that like pretty obvious though? I just don’t like how you asked that question, think it was something obvious. I would’ve expected it much more to make you somehow agree / disagree, but you’re kind of hedgy of Looker here, and I don’t see you figuring out anything about Chara’s alignment from that, nor Looker’s, so that’s why I don’t like it.In post 1232, Ame wrote:(1) What in Looker's post above are you referencing as wearing their heart on their sleeve? (2) Have you played with Looker before?
1. Chara mentioned Looker wearing her heart on her sleeve and I wanted to know what Chara meant. Similar to how I wanted to know what your role play meant.
2. Chara stated early game that they had only played with you. I had assumed Looker was a girl, but Chara referred to her as a male, which made me think I was wrong about gender, which would mean Chara knew Looker from a previous game or from PT. I was trying to catch Chara in a trap. If they answered that they did play with Looker before, then I would have brought up the discussion between you two where Chara stated only having memory of you and Al.
And then, for your second point, I can tell that it’s good reasoning, I actually thought the same about you and Looker, given you were calling him a “she”. I would’ve needed confirmation from Looker as to what their pronouns would be, but then figured you’d probably use it as a blatant distancing technique anyway, so I didn’t put too much stock in that.- insomnia

My point in 2 was that I can understand the thought process, therefore I said I town read him for it and then I suggested I thought he was wrong (which is demonstrated by my push on Looker)In post 1230, Ame wrote:Points against OS:
1. TRed Looker Egix because they didn't try to pocket him.
Somni's rebuttal: he said he read Looker independently of thread
My rebuttal: He did this after the fact iirc. Furthermore, Looker did imply a hard town read of JTB in thread, so OS's reasoning is contradictory.
2. Bad set up spec, trying to clear himself for having neap and being in a neighborhood. One has no effect on the other. An it's not remotely unfeasible for scum to be neap in a neighborhood.
Somni's rebuttal: it looks like the setup was designed to frame OS?
My rebuttal: forgive me if that's not what you're saying, but if it is this is circular. You're assuming town scenario to justify him being scum. As scum, there's no reason he would have to claim. And also this just doesn't make sense because neap + neighborhood is completely null and can go either way.
3. TMId Luca read.
Somni's rebuttal: none as of yet
4. Wanted to investigate his two strongest town reads
p-edit: ok can you address these while im at it
Somni's rebuttal: mah gifs (none as of yet)
I town read him for the progress, but i do disagree with it.
3. Can be an actual read that town make, although it came out fast, idk
All in all, I do see why he would suggest that and come in the thread with the intent of “all of the hood people are town” because town will gravitate towards the idea of “at least one scum in neighbourhoods” naturally. So if he was scum, then it can be a real reason for doing that.
But idk he feels like town here idk what to say, I will re-evaluate but I didn’t like your progression on Looker either.- insomnia

Imagine for a moment that profii is someone you've never played a game with before - what do you think of him now?In post 184, AaronFrost wrote:I kind of agree with you on profii. Last game I played with him he felt pretty obviously town. Granted I was scum in that game so I didn't exactly have to read him too much but I could never push him either. Not quite getting the same vibes from him here as he's been mostly under the radar.
One thing I find interesting about this wagon is that no one has really jumped to profii's defense. Most people seem to have him as a scumread and/or are voting him right now. Is anybody townreading him right now? If so why?
I'm too lazy to count how many votes are on him atm so I'm just gonna wait until gobbles updates us with a VC before I look at the wagon.
Frost is making out he slightly scumreads Profii, but at the same time creating doubt over his wagon because no-one is jumping to his defence. If Profii were Town I could see Frost being more opportunistic/aggressive in his approach to Profii. In post 1162, Luca Blight wrote:
This is a reluctant vote, he's basically forced into it as he has no argument against Insomnia, he's just stated a TR's Alch and so the only one option left is Profii. In post 290, AaronFrost wrote:
Funny that you posted this bc I was literally about to switch my vote to profii. In post 286, insomnia wrote:I think Aaron’s scum as well, he literally has no reason to have his vote on me at this point. Not only is he not accomplishing a thing by keeping it on me, but he’s also directly going against his belief that rvs is made to generate pressure and discussion, get people’s thoughts on someone and see what happens from there.
There’s virtually no attempt from aaron to even figure me out, he placed a vote for something that would look scummy and then never came back to this read.
His questions are also not figuring anyone out.
VOTE: profii
I wanted to switch my vote earlier but I thought profii was at like 5 votes and I was too lazy to count them myself to check.
How am I going against my belief of RVS? When I voted for you we were pretty much out of RVS at that point and several other had responded to it saying why they think you're town which is something I've been taking into consideration. In post 1169, Luca Blight wrote:
I've only just noticed this post, which further increases my feeling that Profii is scum.In post 995, profii wrote:I have this thought on my mind that Luca is driving hard towards me because we recently played a mason game together so he is scared that i will see exactly what he is claiming to see in me - a different style that would automatically mean a different alignment. Methink one doth one protest too much perhaps?
The fact is that Profii has been the complete opposite to how he was in the game he's referring to. If he were simply Town playing a different playstyle then he would expect me to make those comparisons, but instead he's turning it back on me - saying that I'm only making those comparisons because I'm scared he might notice differences in me!
As it were I would have expected Profii to make comparisons of his own, but the fact is that Profii hasn't tried to sort me all game. If anyone is running scared here then it's him, as he's been trying to avoid conflict from the word go.- insomnia

I think that... this vote virtually accomplishes nothing. I've notice a recurrent thing where Looker keeps on moving his vote around, all the while not having any value, really. This vote is like a semi-serious vote? I did like the last sentence though, it seemed townie. In post 203, Looker wrote:Okay, I think I'm here now. First, the simple approach.
@Ame / JTheophrastus Bartholomew / Luca Blight / Egix96 / profii:Who among you is town? I don't really expect any of you to know, but it's good for managing consistency in the future. I personally have no idea.
VOTE: Luca Blight Votes keep the game moving
Again, the vote. I guess what bothers me about it is that, he seems to want to put pressure on people (that is, by voting them) and it comes up as really demanding for an answer, but then, Looker just doesn't really care about the answer / doesn't really evaluate anything based on it. As we can see in the next post :In post 233, Looker wrote:I picked the names based off the avatars I could remember. I'm typically capable of keeping all of this stuff in my head.
VOTE: Ame Did you not like my question?
Spoiler:
He unvoted right after Ame has posted something, which the post didn't even really have anything to do with Looker's question? And, again, he falls back to an objective stance, let's the slots he votes for do their thing, and then someone else should have some form of analysis based on something that the slots say. I guess it doesn't really add up, in terms of displaying the same mentality, it's not really consistent. His follow-through to the voting for pressure aren't really telling Looker anything about their alignment. In post 319, Looker wrote:In post 308, Ame wrote:In 169 you stated that you were caught up but skimmed and would begin isoing. Later in 175 you confirmed a town read on Aaron. (1) Presumably, you went through his iso at this point, yes?
Over two new pages were produced by the time of your next post, 234. Again, 175 indicates that you were caught up with the thread up to 175, or at least with Aaron up to that point. (2) What prodded you in 234/235 to go back and review pre-175? I presume you had not yet caught up with the 2 new pages because in 237 you stated that you were unaware of Alchemist's post on the previous page. (3) Is this presumption correct?
It's just curious to me that you read back through something you had already read back through and formed a solid opinion on, while there was new content available that you had not yet caught up on.In post 309, Luca Blight wrote:I skim through the thread and then read back in more detail later - that is my usual habit. In post 310, Luca Blight wrote:For example, the recent stuff about Frost above I haven’t yet given my attention to - I’ll read back though it when I have the time and energy to do so.In post 315, Luca Blight wrote:I’m having a change of heart on Frost, based on his reaction to Insomnia’s pressure which comes across as appeasement. I also agree that his Insomnia SR seemed a bit faked in that he doesn’t really do anything with it and just coasts on it for a while until he is pressured into jumping off. And thirdly I agree that it looks as though he had been positioning himself to vote Profii for some time before he did so.
