The question to ask is:

Why both town and scum were content to have disable strongman as the new mechanic and Ame as the quest leader, but there's so much dissent on the capture target?

Possible answers:
1) Scum is lurking and do not wish to engage the gamestate. This would point to town!Ame having very bad reads and scum residing in the less vocal players: {mastina slot, gingie, pinkball, momo, pine, nk15, raya}
2) All scum are in the vocal players and they're staging to the purpose of dismantling any town cohesion - this would point to either town!ame with good reads, or scum!ame: {farkran, springlullaby, ame, hectic, foc, chloe}

I believe the first possibility is the reality of this game, unless I am deeply misled on my reads.

It would have been apt to ask me about it before claiming it was bad don't you think? My initial read on Ginnie came from mastina's. I trust mastina accurately identified town Ginnie regardless of mastina's alignment. My read was solidified when Ginnie provided his self meta during the quest. It just came off as pure. He not realizing that Knight was the mastina replacement, town reading mastina, yet scum reading Knight for his vote in the quest also came off as super genuine. I also suspect that if Ginnie was scum, they would alter their playstyle after mastina replaced out, as they would no longer have to maintain their image for her sake and instead would need to tailor it to everyone else. My 1295 was just poking, and he reacted consistently with what I expected from his style. It was also a guiltless reaction. No justification. No omgus. No shame.

Knightmare:
I liked Knightmare's posts and questions. I agree with his views on Spring like 1336, 1350. He's been doing more than Pink and Lady in my opinion. But I just haven't seen him do anything that really stood out as town to me.

Hectic:
I think it's really unlikely he's buddies with Farkset. Both had always been buddied up this game and top town read for each. That just doesn't seem like a scumbuddy thing to do. I also like his recent catch up. Throughout the game I had always had a suspicious townlean on him too. I also agree with his most recent readslist for the most part. Ours are actually quite similar looking back on it.

Pine:
I feel like Pine's claim is genuine and honest. It would be so weird for scum to ask everyone to pause for a potential mod error just to fake a role claim like that. Also our discussion about him changed my mind about him and made me confident he is town.

Spring:
Hectic said that he thinks his attack on you is emotion-fueled from you being the reason for his capture yesterday. Which would make sense coming from town, not scum. Town gets captured and can easily be emotionally driven to believe their capturer is scum. Also I just honestly don't think the Farkset and Spring interactions were SvS. I also don't think the big quest control thing was scum either.

Raya, I'm going to be honest with you now. I've had a secret scum read on you all game. But your responses are always perfectly written and your tone has such a pure essence, I could not reasonably justify my read. I came up with the volunteer capture strategy yesterday as an attempt to capture you without having to push you as a scum read.

I will also claim now. I am the vig. I had two ways of activating the lynch mechanic: (1) successfully killing someone (in which they become a treestump), or (2) being killed. I claimed only the latter part yesterday to prevent scum from roleblocking me. Additionally, knowing I was the vig, I felt safe asking for the vig to shoot me. I originally was going to shoot you, and planned to for most of the day, until Farkset became a priority. My goal was to capture one scum member and shoot another, hence why once I decided I was going to shoot Farkran, I attempted to swing the capture to you.

I've also been trying to catch you slipping, but you haven't done anything particularly scum indicative until today: this read list seems quite fake to me.

1. First, I do not find it believable that your read on Pine changed so drastically from our exchange or even from Farkset's flip. Your read on him throughout the game has been inconsistent.

2. The point that Hectic brought up about Spring is incredibly speculative. You have no idea if she was pushing me because she was upset about being captured. And even if so, that's not necessarily town indicative. Your reversal on this read, 1428, does not feel to be coming from a genuine solve-oriented mindset.

3. Why am I so low! This is weird to me. The only person I could reasonably expect Ame not being at the top or near the top of their read list is Spring. It's not believable to me that one of your strongest scum reads coming into today and SPRING are suddenly above Ame's placement based on the quite fragile reasoning that was given for both: Pine being a TMI read and Spring being angry. I suspect the reason for my position is related to the first point below (A1).

Additional things that I've found suspicious

A1. 1353, 1354, and 1358 felt reactionary to my 1347, like you were feeling scum was close to being cornered through PoE.

A2. So many of your reads have felt like TMI.
~In particular, your agreeing with Ginnie on Pine in 845. The read made sense from Ginnie's perspective who has experience with Pine, but not from you who only had one game with him where he posted once and replaced out!
~Your read on Chloe in that same post also seemed incredibly forced, though I'm not sure if this is TMI or if she was just your scum buddy. As Farkset pointed out, Chloe's post could easily be faked.
It's odd that you had such a strong read based on superficial reasoning.

A3. You've made a lot of random comments that don't really go anywhere or build a cohesive narrative.

I think this is the critical piece. You state that Pine was close to null before the association and that the only reason he was a scum pick was because of it. However, after being convinced against the association, Pine became your top town read when he ought to have simply either returned to his spot or perhaps a bit higher. It doesn't seem genuine that the association simply not being true was enough for him to suddenly be your top town read when he was near null before.

I also believe her reaction in 114 and 116 were genuine.

After reviewing Chloe's play, I don't think she was scum. All her posts were well-reasoned and consistent. My only concern with her play is that her read suddenly changed on Farkran during the time I began to case him. Additionally, her entrance today appeared flustered as if she wasn't expecting the Fark flip. She was asking a bunch of questions that didn't really make sense. Lastly, I think this user is a perfectionist when it comes to scum play, and that she tends to lose motivation when things don't pan out as she expects. However, my concerns are more speculative and her play throughout Day 1 is enough to override those concerns. I am also willing to trust Hectic's read on Creature.

No, the mechanics point to her being scum (there was no kill and she had zero XP so wouldn't have been able to kill), but her behavior does not.

-She provided me XP despite claiming at the end of D2 that she would not be able to. If she were scum here, I doubt she would go against the narrative she already established despite her upgrade. And if she did so because she believed it would gain her town cred, I don't think she would have kept the information close to her chest at the start of the day like she had: (2013 - 2027).
-She directly brought attention to the fact that the no kill was probably tied to the gifting, which made her a prime suspect. The way she brought it up lacked guilt/defensiveness (2013 and 2016).
-Her tone is confident/guiltless (2045, 2047).
-At this point scum!Raya has 2 scum buddies down, no way to freely use XP/kill without being known, and the prime suspect for the lack of the kill. Yet she is pushing you as if this is not the case. It's a solve-minded case rather than a desperation case (2047, 2057, 2066, and her association post 2008).
-Like 2093 is really apparent that we are not dealing with scum Raya.
