This is how I got to Town!Zurel, since it's been heavily debated, I think it worth posting my reasoning:

his/her being newbie doesn't mean that she/he has to be the townie! he/she can a newbie scum too, right? how do you reach the conclusion of his/her being townie here?

Their tone in their 3 posts so far have been very town. Newb!scum doesn't have the pre-necessitated skills to fake the type of content they've made, they just don't.
It's true that if i was scum i would know everyone's alignment beforehand. But calling out someone that could easily be elimination bait later on as town if i'm scum would be contrary to my wincon if i was mafia.

Not if you knew I wouldn't let you get away with denying his towniness.

For those wondering about what Titus means here:

- Let's say Zural says something very towny
- Let's say Norway is the sort of person to pick up on this when they themselves are town, and call it out
- Let's say Titus knows this about Norway and sits back and observes their reaction to towny thing Zural said
- Let's say Norway is scum, but is self-aware enough to know he needs to call out the towny thing Zural said because he knows someone like Titus might notice if he doesn't
- Norway then makes post calling Zural town, not because they want to solve the game, but because they know they need to keep up appearances

Mine was an RVS vote shortly after yours.

It's not uncommon for "flash wagons" or E-2/E-1 during RVS as people tend to troll more during this phase, plus it's often used as a reaction test (especially in newbies).

Could be onto something here -- that unvote seems a bit wishywashy and strange to me. There's plenty of information, so what would there be to gain by claiming there isn't? Could be either a) confusion or b) desire to slow down the day, but I don't find either of those convincing, because the thread is not that complex yet and there's still

Norwegian seemed awfully chill about being at E/L-1, although I'm not sure that says a whole lot. That said, regarding Norwegian vs. Trendall, I don't think claiming somebody else to be town early on is particularly sketchy, especially given other people seem to independently agree about Zurel. So, despite all the weirdness, kinda leaning towards town on Norwegian.

Where is Wiyvern? Hasn't shown up at all yet.
