Okay missed this. Sorry Olaf, you know I need to do these kinds of reaction tests and I could see Titus picking you but your reaction to my push reads like defeated town.

What would really help me out is if someone could give me reasons based on actual PLAY here why W & P are scum? Because the only arguments I’ve heard so far is either why aren’t they dead or some connection with REK. Krazy’s ISO doesn’t really help me too much with that,

so convince me that they’re scum by actual play and I’ll consider limming them.

The possible REK connection makes the least sense because Krazy initially wanted PB > REK to be gun checked.

Nancy i really don't think you should be treating Noraa's reads as gospel
especially given she's out of the game and her reads at the time were lacking information we have now
say for example the existence of a rolestopper which is unlikely to exist in combination with a gunsmith
also the fact that we know scum owns something that can get get past rolestoppers which allowed them to kill poor Morty through KidAmn's (who isn't actually a kid) rolestop
end of yesterday no one was interesting in killing War and Peace and scum would be stupid not to kill the unchecked gunsmith
based on what KidAmn has claimed - one of War and Peace or him MUST be scum
UNLESS you don't actually have masons this game
but that's the only scenario i can see for them both being town
and given you have masons this game let's kill War and Peace

Kanna is actually playing a little better and she's doing the right things if scum - faking confidence and appearing more strong which is her townmeta
HOWEVER she said it herself early on that confidence is towny for her and the fact she's aware of this tell makes it a lot lot less useful for her
other than that her reads and play haven't made her obvtown like she's capable of being very easily when actually town

Rolestopper and gunsmith being together create a follow the cop scenario where the Rolestopper can park on the gunsmith in a scenario where the gunsmith is claimed and the Rolestopper isn't. The gunsmith becomes unkillable at night until scum finds and kills the Rolestopper protecting them

The only reason this combination existing would make sense is the existence of a strongman of some kind.

KidAmn claims to have targeted Morty, yet they still died at night. That however begs the question why scum wouldn't just kill War and Peace given they have a strongman which could guarantee the kill. They had no way of knowing that leaving the town!gunsmith alive to net a clear would mean they could be mislaunched the next day. There was absolutely nothing on day 1/2 to indicate this would be the case.

A gunsmith from a balance perspective in the first place is dubious. If you masons exist, then there's a very limited amount of power roles you can put in this game. We know for a fact there's a town vigilante and a town night skipper at the very least, and if there's masons as well, then there just isn't any room for an ungated gunsmith to be in this setup.

My main point is this, Nancy:
Given KidAmn's claim, we know scum has a strongman or KidAmn is lying. I don't think scum opts to not kill the gunsmith when they can guarantee it and risk having War and Peace catch one of them with a guilty. And even if War and Peace only checks innocents and gets mislaunched 1, 2, or 3 days down the line, they've still confirmed players as town, so the 1 mislaunch scum gained is vastly outweighed by the clears War and Peace generated by being left alive.

I think Titus really just would've just killed them last night if they were town.

Ircher's smarter than this to be fine with just claiming "not vanilla" when arguably the best role in the game has a 1/2 chance of being vigged.
