Thor what benefit do you think bringing back mechanical talk at this late stage of D1 brings to the game?
Given the amount of mechanics you've discussed over the day, why not bring this up earlier?
If you have read any of these games previously, how can you be so blatantly unaware of the setup mechanics on multiple fronts?

The timing of this makes me think that Thor and Manatee are aligned, having played with Manatee before she has frozen as scum.

huh, actually huge mood. I don't think I have (or want to expend) the clout to wagon Thor so abruptly this late in the phase but I'm also fairly certain that he's scum.

I think Thor's post is pretty "scandalous", as it were, but I think it's just probably not from scum, or rather I think the mistake is genuine. Don't think scum tends to deliberately do things like that in the first place, much less plan it a day in advance and make it known that it's coming. Would require some creativity to even think of that mistake to pretend to make.

Think that focusing on scandalous things over scummy things is how a lot of games are lost. There are other things to push Thor on if you think he's scum than this.

scandalous is a good word for it. I'm glad I got his reactions but I'm sadly still not sure it's helped me work out what alignment he is.

I wouldn't object to flipping him at all (honestly, I'm not sure where to go from here wrt sorting him and have him binned for later), but I think there's better things to do with this phase.

in fairness, people kind of... asked Auro to replace the hydra.

Haley is a capable scum player, and (at risk of flattering myself) enjoys rolling scum against at least me - I'm not sure that the hydra dynamic is really alignment indicative.

Auro has also posted a tonne of neat content which we can talk about instead of speculating about hydra dynamics.
