scorp, duck already said they had nothing on eyes, just that they thought someone else did. and yes that was the inherent problem with their fake, there isn't anything in the normal roles afaik where it would be possible for eyes to be VT but where there was also reason to believe that it was very unlikely. that is also why, when some were hesitant to believe it, that was not very useful info (and thus it did not do much as a reaction test), because things didn't add up even for people with no additional information

what if I told you that I'm a 1-shot rolecop and I know for a fact that hockeyfan is a backup 1-shot gunsmith

so my knee jerk reaction to nero's claim was, how did he know to claim gunsmith of all things? hockey had not told us what he was a backup for

well one possibility is that you are his partner and you told him (:

why would you use your one rolecop shot on hockey of all people, when you were pretty strongly townreading him and you knew he was a backup already? how does it help town you to know what he is a backup of?

and on the other hand if maf did have a rolecop i would 100% expect them to use it on hockey

there is no "of all people" with rolecopping, what are you even talking about. there's almost no point shooting a rolecop shot blindly

I pretty much only considered shooting it at people who had claimed, namely eyes and hockey. if I found out they were lying about their claim, boom that's a guilty

i don't really get how the small amount of info you gain from hockey is more useful than saving it for actually checking out a claim when one happens. unlimited, okay. but one-shot? it's not like you were likely to be in much danger of dying

The situation is very very simple now. IF there is a GS (other than Nero) they should claim. If there's no CC then Nero, Hockey and wave are now semi-confirmed townies (I would have said confirmed except if there is some kind of another investigative that doesn't make since to co-exist with the gunsmith).

nero and hockey yeah, but why wave? nothing about what wave has said clears him as town. i think even he would agree with that

i CC gunsmith. im gunsmith straight up, no modifiers. i looked at nero n1 and got action failed, no result

i do not think that Nero and hockey are scum together. i think maf team has a rolecop and checked out hockey to see what they could fakeclaim, and Nero claimed to try to draw out the gunsmith claim since he was going down
