@Gamma/all: My answers are based on my own PM. I'm not totally ruling out an alternate religious victory win con possibility, but that would make the game bastard as I was not notified of such a win con existing. The last time I was Town with an alternate win con as a 3P was in a Kuroi game and I opted not to use it, but I was certainly notified of it in my role PM.

Comsidering a religion spreader flipped scum already I don't want any resolutions that encourage or boost religion. Pidgey please tell us all you know about religion.

I think -scum- have a religious win con, and town religion spread just blocks scum spread to that slot. It’s a barrier. Scum would, of course, want to do exactly what A50 is doing by claiming they have no win con it is just a fruit vendor, but a town religion spreader would probably see it that way legitimately, so that is NAI

Ok so we know that mafia was pagan, im town so i know im catholic spreader, and A50 claims tao with unknown allignment.

Obviously you guys cant know for sure im town, but I do.

Im not sure if there could be two town recruiters, but it all might depend on what win cons revolve around the religios themselves? My win con is just to win with town.
Does anyone know if certain night actions could get affected depending o religions?

What i know about religions is literally nothing

I know that my target gets told that they were converted to catholicism, but not by who. This apperantly doesnt affect a night action in a way that I would especifically now. The way it is worded, makes me feel that they MIGHT affect things, i just dont get told how. But take that with a grain of salt.

At the end of nights i get told who is currently in my religion. I didnt get a list with that.

Why the hell would a TAOIST care about gold/silk.. etc? To my understanding (and I have to admit I'm not an expert) these are the monks of Shao Lin and stuff.

There's probably at least 2 town religion spreaders. Religion in Civ 5 doesn't have any victory conditions and it's nifty but not really that critical to the game. They are offer a unique founder bonus and follower bonuses, which, may come into play this game or not. There is some small interaction with the world congress in that there's a resolution that can make one religion a world religion which gives additional delegates to those civs in which it's the majority religion. I'd bet apples to oranges that will come up sometime.
