Yeah I think my pooky read switch warrants a bit more explanation. 1661 and 1665 felt genuine to me because it seemed like pooky really thought my argument was bullshit. Like, if you think an accusation like that has validity and you're scum, you try to give a bit more explanation, you don't try to make a valid point seem ridiculous because that's not gonna work. Pooky does have a strong scum game so maybe they thought they'd be able to pull it off, but trying to gaslight the whole town like that seems like not a great strategy. So I decided that my point probably didn't have a ton of validity even if pooky was scum, and I didn't really have much else against them. Also, my heart wasn't really in the push, it wasn't totally there to begin with, but 1665 just pinged as town in a "let's try to work this out" kinda way I guess.

I definitely do want to ISO pooky along with MT and gloria and see if I can solidify my reads there.

uh, i kinda townread hopkirk's frustration over the last few pages? like, he seems genuinely pissed off that this game is in this really sloggish state where we're sort of all half-heartedly poking and proddinga nd doing things like voting the mod (oops). maybe i shouldn't because it's emotion but it's more that he feels defeated about it all/the gamestate than anything else and not in a scummy "oh i cannot change it at all" way because he's clearly putting in the effort but like, yeah, right now in general everyone's sort of shaking hands over reads and nodding a little bit, there's some questioning, but everyone ends up at the same place and it feels like there's a sense of either lost confusion or utter complacency here and yeah, yeah!

i'm actually okay with this vote going off of my previous Vibes (tm) pending more reading

my worry with flea is that like, there is a lot of fluff and energy there that obfuscates content at times and can make it hard to sift through things. like, it's fine because it's a personality thing and you shouldn't change that or anything but like, any "obvtown" vibes before were probably based (for me) off the amount of energy fae posted.

THAT BEING SAID, my gutpings were probably from the amount of fluff stuffed in posts because content-wise flea's actually fine for now, i think. not ~locktown~ but like. leantown!

My TR on flea was for the energy specifically directed towards finding scum. Like, in 888, fae seems very passionate about calling out TGP's hypocrisy that fae recites song lyrics to do so, which is maybe not as insanely towny as I remembered it, but it's still ++town. Generally when I see something that makes me go "wowow this person is town" I regret going back on that feeling (and potentially SRing that person later) more than I regret holding onto it. Also, the fluff actually feels +town for flea since fae seems to just be saying what comes to faer mind, if that makes sense.

It wasn't meant to be. honestly I'm lost at this point. I don't want to take out lurkers as it's LHF and they might get more viable late game, like we've both done previously. If I had to, it would be Jessie right now. simply as my weakest non-lurker read and I suspect that's just because we clash in our style of play and we don't quite vibe with each other. TGP towncased Gypyx pretty hard, which takes me down to Dunn and Ydrasse. Honestly, I'd call that a coin flip at this point. The vibe from Ydrasse feels good, and I like Dunns defence of himself against TGP.

I know the fluff can be bad, and I really should tone it down a bit but I feel it adds more of me to the game (´⌣`ʃƪ) as do the weird kaomojis Like infinity I struggle with text so they add how I'm feeling about things and make it more readable apparently {](^_^)[}

that is more or less what i meant. i would think scum!skitter would be more likely to see that situation as an opportunity rather than to make the post she did make. not like, get in people's faces or 'vote here or die' but rather to just take control of the wheel. so that seemed towny to me. things since then though, idk.
