not that anybody listens to me but here it is

if slaandar flips scum there are 2 teams I think. there is a reason scum slaandar played a gambit like that; it was cos he thought we were on the other scum team and that he would get some cred with our lynch. too bad he misjudged and we are town! lol

wasn't it the guy that buldey replaced the one who brought up multi-ball? I bet he was giving a shout out. he soft-claimed yesterday - he and jal both did. scum know about the other due to how small there team would be. it would explain why everyone looked scummy when you count in the specials (specials always look scummy to me unless they drop a special tell which is why I hunt for them like mad).

uber guile is for sure scum omg you dummies are going to let him win again aren't you. thinking majiffy is his partner. buldey and jal are somehow all tangled up in that as well.

I think nero is town and people probably should listen to him. best post in thread is 1829. there was def scum who stayed away from the fiasco yesterday. oh and mac's post to jal was a huge slip. let me go find it.

here we go:

mac said this to jal in post #1626
I'm not even trying to highlight suspicion on you, but you vote Messiah because you feel Slandaar is town, correct? You also list him in a list of scum, correct? And then you flirt with the idea of me or qwints DESPITE no votes on either of us (if I recall correctly) and then you get overly aggressive because I DARE QUESTION YOUR POSSIBLE VOTE!!!! Of course I'm going to question it,
you can think your scum all you like
but you've had days to decide whether or not to vote me/qwints and NOW you start toying with the idea of another wagon?

best tactic when there 2 teams is to shout out to the other team so you can work together to cull the numbers.

hope this helps town.

I'm not understanding mollie... how would that work out if neither team know who's on the other one?

That would be a really stupid thing for scum to do, as it would let people know who they are without possible reciprocation and risk being killed. You can kill one scum and not get rid of their kill. No one really benefits, except the team not stupid enough to do that. That comes towards end game, and isn't that more of a SK strategy? That's just stupid all around. I also believe he genuinely thinks there is just one scum team.

Yes, Buldy did soft claim and it's most likely crap.

no it isn't it is how scum win games lol. if the quality amongst the players is good then it is a no-brainer. <--- nice try though. I guess you are thinking that people have never played multi-ball before, lol

and you soft claimed cop jal don't even pretend like you didn't

Sure. Link me games where scum signaled early to each other they were scum and worked with each other. I've technically completed two multiball games on this site only and I've not seen this in play.

You're going to run into the flaw of, "okay enough townies are dead, welp, guess I'll kill that guy who I saw trying to signal."

Hell, if scum see the scumminess in others to know who the other scum team is composed of and you think the other person will pick up on it, then there's no point in "signaling." Also, you'd have to right on assume that those signaling are the towniest of the bunch trying not to be night killed and blah blah blaaahhhsjkflnc.

Considering I thought Buldy was a cop, no I didn't. If you thought I was soft claiming cop, then fantastic play from you trying to bang your head against me at the end of D1. If you are town, then I'm going to ask you to stop being so anti-town in your games in the future. I feel like I'm playing with Loranthaceae.

Wait.

That actually almost makes sense.

Mollie, you've clearly given this thought, and have been working under the assumption that there are two scum teams. Name me the teams as you see them...because I've been doing a lot of if/then scenarios in my head, waiting for scum flips. I just need data.

The Tyro Pillar
During the Lightmass Offensive
Roughly 2 hours before the Lightmass Bombing

General RAAM silently un-sattle'd his reaver just as it touched down outside the train station. Around him, three other reavers dropped down and each had it's own theron elite that they were transporting, arriving precisely with RAAM and his army. As the three Theron Elites joined General RAAM in a small huddle, their locust army appeared in the street, backed up by a shackled berserker and various ranks of drones.

They were preparing for the hijack of the Tyro Pillar, a fast moving train carrying a heavily armed dispatchment of COG and UIR soldiers alike, tasked to defend the lightmass bombs that were enroute to destroy the locust hollows. General RAAM and his three theron lieutenants were tasked with eliminating the COG squads at the train station, hijack the Tyro Pillar, massacre every human onboard, and sieze the lightmass bombs to save the locust hollows. Not a simple task, but simple enough for the mighty General.

Before today, RAAM was in charge of some of the most daring and complex locust invasions and attacks against the humans, most notably the E-Day invasions, and the Falls of Ephyra. He is a battle proven battle commander that is the supreme head of the locust military, and he has no other equals to challenge him. This mission was crucial, he was on he defensive now which wasn't his style, but he had to get this job done so he could save his race and its army.

With all the drones and boomers, as well as the berserker now beside him, RAAM proceeded to prepare for the taking of the train station. The Tyro Pillar was scheduled to pass through it and stop there to pick up the gears stationed there to reinforce their security, in maybe 15 minutes. The gears stationed there were few, maybe 16 gears and 4 UIR soldiers to be picked up. This was the easy part of the hijacking.

RAAM decided to send the snipers to the upstairs of the train station, silently and have them positioned in the windows to prepare for the main attack. Meanwhile, he would lead two of his theron elites along with the bulk of the drone ranks to overpower the humans, while having the Boomers support them with their boomshots and grinder support fire. It was an easy plan, and it only took the snipers about 2 minutes to silently climb the walls of the train station and put themselves in the vantage points.

Inside, the humans were huddled on the train platform, all 20 of them, eagerly waiting for the train and to leave the station, well aware they were exposed and with nobody around. About 6 snipers got to their vantage points, that meant 6 dead bodies once RAAM called for the attack.

When all was ready, RAAM smiled and drew his long blade that he used to kill many gears soldiers and leader alike before, prepared to lead the charge. Nodding to his therons beside him and giving the signal to advance, he started the easy assault on the train station.

Image

Just as he heard six quickly fired sniper rounds, with the effortless swing of his arm he crushed in the train stations doors and cleared the way for the drones and boomers to invade. When the doors gave way, the drones flooded in, squeezing off round after round of hammerburst and lancer fire into the startled ranks of gears and UIR soldiers. When they barged in, 6 gears were already on the floor without their heads, picked off by the snipers.

What ensued was a brief battle between the human soldiers and the drones. The humans scrambled for cover from the snipers and the boomers, and by the time they found a hard surface to hide behind, 13 dead gears and 2 UIR soldiers were laid on the ground dead from the combined efforts of the snipers and the drones. Only 6 humans were left alive to fight off a small army.

As some drones dropped as the gears returned fire, the boomers finally got through the small door of the train station, managing to elbow their way through the thick mass of drones. With them there, RAAM directed them to the locations of the gears, and in seconds large explosions from their boomshots picked off 4 of the 6 living humans, leaving just 2 lonely soldiers to fend for themselves.

Personally leading the final attack, RAM simple strode to the hiding of one of the gears, shielding himself from his bullet fire with his intimidating and impregnable kryll shield. The gear yelled in pain when RAAM loomed over his lonely barricade, and squirmed as RAAM yanked him from behind the cover and shoved his long sword up his belly, coming out the other side. By that time the last human was drawn out and shot, leaving the locust forces dominantly victorious with only 7 deaths.

Draggin the impaled body of the gear, RAAM plopped himself down on a waiting bench at the Train Station to wait for the Tyro Pillar, as if he was an innocent bystander minding his own business. He pulled the blade out of the poor lads stomach and laid his blade out neatly across his lap, cleaning the blood off as drones came to drag the dead body away.

Just a minute before the train arrived, the locust dragged off the dead bodies of their comrades and the human soldiers as if nothing happened, and they all seek'd cover, leaving a lonely General RAAM sitting on his wooden bench waiting for the train.

RAAM knew what he was doing, and he trusted his Theron Elites to give the order to advance at the precise moment once the train stops. He wasn't sitting there because he was tired, he was sitting there to send a creepy and scary message to the gears that see nothing but him when they stop thinking they would pick up their friends. RAAM might be serious, but he enjoyed toying with his enemies sometimes.

Image

Surely enough, the Tyro Pillar was heard off in the distance a minute later, and drones rushed to their positions and the snipers primed their longshots in eager anticipation. As the train pulled in, it started to slow down, and finally to a complete stop that caused a typical train screech.

A small squad of gears jumped off the train, still laughing over some joke they were telling themselves before the train stopped, not noticing RAAM for a short while until they noticed him too late. They stopped so short at his presence that one of them tripped over his own foot and crashed into the ground face first. They froze and stared for a split second until they regained their sense.

General RAAM gave them a spine chilling grin as he slowly stood up, his blade ready in his right hand. As one of them reached to touch his ear to warn those on the train, RAAM pulled his arm back and then whipped his blade at the gear so fast that when it made contact it nearly ripped straight through his chest. Collapsing like a sack, the other gears brought up their lancers and opened fire on the general, hoping to kill him in revenge.

To their dismay, all of the bullets bounced off of his kryll, and as they stopped to reload, his counterattack was brutal and swift. With the point of his finger, the kryl swarmed the gear closest to him, tearing him from limb to limb as RAAM himself charged forward. Just as the second gear put his new clip in, RAAM was already in front of him. With the grace of a shadow RAAM knocked the lancer out of his grasp in one sweep, and followed by grabbing the gear by the throat, starting to choke him out.

All the while, the locust drones started to flood from their hidden positions and ran straight by the carnage that RAAM was enjoying with the 4 gears. The drones ran by and climbed onto the train, engaging the gears there as they made way for more and more drones.

With the choking gear in his grasp, RAAM heard the gear who fell earlier starting to get up, and decided that was a mistake he would not tolerate. Demonstrating his monstrous strength, RAAM swung the gear like a sack of potatoes over his head, and behind his back into the rising form of the fallen gear. Though he didn't kill either of them, the two collapsed to the ground in pain, the wind knocked out of both of them. Knowing they wouldn't get up for a few seconds, RAAM swiftly retrieved his blade from the long killed soldier and returned to the duo.

Looking over them, the two were on top of each other, sprawled on the floor still trying to realize what hit them and trying to regain their senses and their breath. Realizing a simple finished move, RAAM flipped his blade upside down and with both hands, thrusted it down over the heap of soldier, impaling them both in one stab.

----

After about an hour of fighting, General RAAM and his small locust army made remarkable process on the train. They spent the hour fighting through ranks after ranks of COG and UIR soldiers, a lot of which RAAM killed himself since the train station. The defeat of the human forces on the train was imminent, and RAAM made sure of it when he personally opted to kill off the soldiers personally guarding the lightmass bombs at the head of the train.

Striding into the last train cart, blade in hand and the kryll massing at his side, RAAM saw 6 soldiers positioned by the targeting console. His long years fighting the humans let him identify them as 3 COG soldiers, 2 Onyx guards, and 1 UIR commanding officer.

Before him stood the 2 Onyx Guards who got caught off guard at the appearance of General RAAM. Clearly, they expected that they would see a whole flank of drones to pile out rather than a single locust armed with nothing but a blade. They seemed to forget RAAM was maybe 2 feet taller than most humans, and hesitated for a split second at his appearance.

Seizing the split second, RAAM swiftly barrel rolled to the duo and shoved his blade up the lower ribcage of the one of the right and firmly backhanded the one of the left with his left hand. Pulling the sword out of the screaming Onyx Guard he stabbed, RAAM spinned in a circle and opened up the stomach of the one recovering from the backhand with a deadly slash.

As the poor lads guts spilled out, RAAM roared for the kryll to protect him as the other human soldiers opened fire at him, each bullet recoiling off of his kryll shield. He slowly advanced with a steady pace towards the closest soldier, being careful to not expose himself to the gunfire. As the soldier dashed away in fear, RAAM roared at his Kryll to chase him down, and the soldier screamed as his back was ripped at.

At that point, RAAM was flanked by the other 2 COG gears, and their bravery surprisingly caught him off guard. RAAM brought up his blade to catch a revving chainsaw just in time to save his chest from being ripped open, and defiantly overpowered the soldier with his muscle power, sending the chainsaw to the ground and punching the soldier in the face with the bottom hilt of the blade. Instantly after, the second gear shoved his chainsaw right in RAAM's space, and even though RAAM swiftly brought his left hand to sweep it away, a swift burst of bullets caught RAAM in the bottom left of his stomach.

RAAM yelled in pain as the bullets dug into his flesh and he staggered backwards, feeling the wounds. But he was given no mercy or time to recover, the gear he thought he punched out was already on his feet charging at him with the recovered lancer. Roaring in anger, RAAM brought his blade back in and this time stopped him from revving the chainsaw. The lancer flew from his hands and RAAM brought his blade back for a second round, sending it up the mans throat.

The tip of the blade appeared at the top of his helmet and RAAM found it more fitting to instead rip the mans head off rather than pull the blade out, since it was faster.

With the headless body falling down, RAAM approached the wretched disarmed gear that shot him, brandishing his newly outfitted head blade. Staggering backwards, the gear reached for his pistol and aimed it at RAAM's head, but it was too late, RAAM already seized the mans hand and crushed it with a firm squeeze. Followed by a loud scream from the gear, the pistol fell from his crushed hand right after.

But before RAAM could finish the man off, he was stopped when a revved chainsaw chewed through the right side of his waist in a clean swipe. Roaring in agony, RAAM swung his blade around to face the attacker he completely forgot about in his fit of rage after being shot. Luckily for RAAM, his rage swing brought the blade into the breastplate of the UIR attacker, and the impaled head on it exploded at the impact, sending the UIR soldier backwards with brain fragments all over him.

RAAM turned to kill the man but fell to his knee in a sudden fit of pain. He was losing blood incredibly fast from his right waist, and his previous gunshot wounds weren't helping. Bringing his chin up to glare at the unconscious UIR soldier he must've knocked out, he stabbed his blade into the ground as a support to bring himself back up to his feet but stopped when a cold barrel was pressed against the back of his head.

The soldier that he just recently had his hand crushed recovered and retrieved his pistol while RAAM was on his knee in pain. Sadly for RAAM, this was the end. He failed miserably when he forgot about the UIR soldier, and it was his downfall to make himself so exposed.

RAAM tried to spin around and attack his now evident executioner, but the second RAAM tensed, the soldier pulled the trigger and immediately after RAAM's forehead exploded outwards as a bullet came through. Blood splattering over the ground in front of him, RAAM's lifeless body fell face down over the trains floor.

You are the undisputed, ruthless, powerful leader of the locust military, and serve as the right hand man to the Queen. Known for your ruthlessly effective tactics and public executions of hundreds of human military officers, you are the nightmare behind every COG soldier on Sera. During E-Day, you led the attacks against humanity and slain hundreds of humans, both civilian and soldiers alike, by your own hand. As the war stretched out and as the humans became more adapted and resilient, you have been forced to adapt to a new strategy. Realizing how dependant the avarege COG soldier is on those who lead them, you end up targeting the high ranking officers in all combat situations, and partaking in assassination missions to kill such targets. The City of Mercy
15 A.E
After the Lightmass Offensive

" TAKE COVER, TAKE COVER DAM IT "

Bernie dove straight for the ground, managing to dodge a boomshot round scarcely as it exploded violently into the wall behind her. She crashed to the ground with her forearms, and like a bunny she forced herself forward until she was safely hidden behind a firm rock cover, ducking her head as bullets pelted into the stone, and finally pressing her back against just to be sure.

Bernie and a small platoon of gears were stranded in the town after they were broken off from the main column of gear soldiers. Their army was returning to Jacinto when a contesting locust force split their forces in half, with Bernie being stuck with a small handful of it fleeing to Mercy for survival. Now they were pinned down at a lookout perch that was decently made to benefit a defence position with cover, pretty convenient if she had to say so herself.

With locust forces surrounding them, there were plenty drones and boomers alike itching to kill her and her gears. She wouldn't give up this easily, however. She was a tough warrior, a real soldier. Even for her old age, Bernie was a force to be reckoned with, rich with enthusiasm for military action and still a deviously accurate precision with a sniper rifle, and a lancer rifle.

Still hiding behind the slab of rock she was using as cover, bullets still smashed into the other side of the rock as she frantically tried to locate her lost lancer rifle. She realized it was scattered to her left, where she jumped from to avoid the boomshot and the spray of bullets. Now that she thought about it, she was pretty lucky to be alive, one needs immense reflexes to dodge both so well. She had good training, and she had a lot of experience that helped keen her reaction speed.

She still, however, had her sniper rifle nicely strapped to her back. Only a couple rounds populated her ammunition pouch however, so she had to make her shots count or make a desperate run for her lancer rifle, and dash to the cover of the defence perch if she was going to do anything. Several gears backed her up as she unslung her sniper rifle and held it with both hands, pressing it against her shoulder, taking a deep breath, getting ready to pop a head of a nasty locust asshole.

Heaving her sniper rifle around and taking aim over the rock, still holding her breath, she squeezed the trigger just as she aligned her scope with the exposed head of a boomer. The sniper round whipped straight through the boombers forehead and hit a wall behind it, sending small pieces of rock flying left and right. The drones around scattered for cover regardless, scared for their heads respectively, scared that the sniper would take theirs as well. Bernie quickly took cover once again just as the hulking body of the boomer crashed to the ground, making a loud thump.

Cocking back her longshot, she emptied the used round and loaded a fresh one, making sure to cock the new one in to properly load the rifle. This time, Bernie had to make a run for the defence position, the rock she was taking cover behind was crumbling under the bullets being sprayed into it. Not only that, she was disconnected from the rest of the gears, and was right for the picking should the locust advance what seemed like an inch closer. Not to mention the locust were starting to bring out mean locusts that would draw her out, locusts such as small corpsers and boomers wielding diggers, if she was going to stand a chance, it was clear that with the rest of her gears was the right place to do so.

A gear, crouching at the stairs of the defence perch gave her a thumbs up, letting her know that he would cover her retreat. Two other gears gave her the same signal. Nodding in acknowledgement, Bernie adjusted her stance to a sprint position, ready to make a run for it, her longshot slung onto her back, and taking into account that her lancer was along the way. Though she knew that she was a better shot with a sniper, she would get it anyways for the ammo and for emergencies, which she feared were imminent.

As the three gears opened fire in the direction of Bernies suppressors, she made a quick dash for the safety of the perch, scarcely snatching up her lancer rifle along the way. Just as she slided into cover of the perch, the gear on the stairs was thrown backwards, a blanket of blood spraying out of his lower throat. Bernie caught his falling form, but could do nothing to save the dying boy. The round probably collapsed one of his lungs or ruptured an artery, the guy was good as gone without any medics around.

Taking a quick analysis of the battlefield, Bernie realized that the position was getting pelted with more and more bullets, and more and more locust reinforcements. Bernie could see it on the faces of the gears that they were having a trouble fending off the locust, that they were running low on ammo and that they were struggling to cultivate enough energy to put up enough of a fight.

Left and right, gears struggled to hold their positions against the advancing locust horde. They were fighting valiantly, and it helped fuel Bernies lust for more action. Observing the locust forces, she saw that the locust were advancing from an abandoned and destroyed church, an area where they were massing their forces and their snipers. If she was to secure the safety of the gears fighting with her, she would have to pick off those snipers.

Slinging her lancer over her shoulder, and unslinging her longshot, Bernie slowly moved up to the top of the perch, and took cover beside two hulking gears. She actually stopped for half a second, she was surprised at their size and ferocity. One of them appeared to be nearly 6 foot 6, and the other had the muscular build of a strong locust. They were both intimidating, and they were holding their ground, returning gunfire wherever they could. They probably killed many locust along the way.

Resting the barrel of her sniper rifle on the top of the stone cover, she took aim and found her first victim. A lone sniper was perched on the top of the church, reloading his rifle, barely if at all hidden behind a skinny spike pointing out of the church roof. He was probably too far up for the gears to hit him accurate, so he decided to take him out herself. He wore the typical locust sniper goggles, but wore an interestingly made poncho around his torso that gave him a unique look, something you don't usually see among locust. Well fuck him and his unique look said Bernie, fuck his goggles, fuck his favorite vegetable, and fuck his locus self. She let out a single, savagely placed round that bursted the drones head like a watermelon, and his headless body shortly limply crashed down the side of the church and into the masses of drones below. They better be scared.

Reloading her longshot, Bernie started to hunt for her next target from behind her cover. This time, she found another sniper cleverly hidden behind a hedge. Perhaps the guy thought he was being sneaky, that we he was smarter than everyone else. She couldn't make out how he looked, but she knew the guy was a locust, so she could care less. The glare of his scope gave him away, and Bernie once again ruthlessly emptied a good round through the locusts's forehead, a shot that dropped the cocky drone backwards in an instant.

She was making good progress, picking off snipers one by one. With the deaths of the two she just killed, she saw that the rate of death among her gears seemed to slow down by a good amount, and the two hulking gears beside her were becoming more and more vicious every second. The muscular one seemed to scream and yell in violent outbursts every time he shot, and the other one let out yells of delight whenever he made a kill. Interesting bunch.

Reloading her longshot, Bernie caught the glimpse of a sniper hiding the back of the church, taking aim in her direction. Loading her round into the longshot, she was planning the death of the guy but stopped her train of thought when a splatter of blood splashed over the right side of her face. Stunned for a couple seconds, it took her another second or two to realize the sniper asshole just killed the tall 6 foot 6 gear beside her. She tried to scrambled to his aid, but the mans helmet was drenched with blood that was coming from a hollow sniper round in the visor.

The mans death came as a weird shock to her, she didn't expect the guy to die, he was strong, smart and intimidating, but she guessed that even the strongest of gears die, and when they do, they fall even harder. It only just clicked how true that was.

Returning to her position, she slowly crept her longshot on top of the cover and found her previously found sniper and killer of her blood brother, still in his old position behind a slab of rock in the back of the church. She aligned her shot on the drones head, but she stopped for a second, noticing something out of the ordinary. Her closed eye opened in terrifying realization, and it was too late to duck when fear chilled every bone in her body. The sniper she was aiming at was aiming directly at her in return.

*Crack*

Bernies scope seemed to shatter after the sound of a sniper shot. The bullet crashed straight through her scope and whipped through her right eye, exploding out of the back of her head. With her sniper dropping over the other side of the cover and falling into the hedges below, Bernies deceased body crumbled to the ground, pieces of glass stuck in her blown out eye socket and a large pool of blood forming around her head.

A couple hours later, the position was overrun, and the locust rounded up the survivors for execution. When Bernies deceased body was scavenged, a drone found a small photo tucked neatly into her breast pocket. The drone was interested at the picture, a picture of Bernie and Colonel Victor Hoffman, her boyfriend and lover.

Bernie is a skilled sniper, hunter, tracker, survivalist, and soldier among the many ranks of the COG army. Joining the army at only eighteen years old, Bernie served in some of the most important battles during the pendulum wars and became one of the best snipers that the army could offer. During the locust wars, she was stranded on an island, unable to reconnect with the mainland and join the fight. After a long, dedicated trek however, Bernie made it to the mainland and joined forces with what remained of the COG. After the sinking of Jacinto and the relocation to Vectes, Bernie became one of the most valuable assets of the COG, since her hunting and tracking skills allowed her to become the advisor for how the COG would survive with the food supply around. In the end, Bernie is a priceless asset to the human race as a skilled tracker, hunter, sniper, and survivalist, and there have been many times when these skills have come into play...

Day 2 starts after Jal's lone death, may she rest in peace

Yeah Messiah is not getting lynched today whatsoever.

no, not Messiah. Buldemar is a definte prospect for a lynch and so is Qwints. I wouldn't mind sheeping Jiffy today...

I need more time to analyze the game and find the rest of Slandaar's buddies

Hey now, I can be reasonable

and I forgot to mention my V/LA in here again didn't I? doesn't matter, it ends tomorrow.

I didn't make my suspicions on GIF a secret, and I didn't keep my suspicion on Buldemar on D1 either. the fact that both players in that slot pinged my scumdar hard when I wasn't even thinking of who Buldemar replaced in the first place makes me think that my suspicions on him are accurate. I'm also fairly certain that he had some interesting interactions with Slandaar somewhere in the first day, I just gotta find it.
