You can play a game outside Road to Rome and then in to SE here.
When you finish any three games, with at least one outside of The Road to Rome, you are then considered a Semi-Experienced (SE) player and will occupy one of the SE playing spots.
SE players may play in as many Newbie games as they can handle.

Newbie 1619, THE ZAR SHOW S01E02 needs a replacement for player lane0168. This is a Semi-Experienced (SE) level slot, so replacement is available only to players that meet Semi-Experienced (SE) or Inexperienced-Challenged (IC) criteria. (To be clear: players that fit Newbie criteria may not replace into this slot). THE ZAR SHOW is on Day One, 20 pages as of this post. Please PM me if you're interested.

You can, but most moderators outside of the newbie queue prefer people that have at least played a game or two until completion, so you might not be allowed to /in.
