SK has had a shark avatar for probably 2 years. And the way you are making it sound, the reason for the title/avatar is from something not currently relevant.

I've never met this guy (or run into him on the forums for that matter), I've only had one conversation with him -- tonight, in chat -- and a solid 90% of his posts/comments have me cracking up. But it wasn't just this conversation that I pull from. I've seen his posts around the site. It's the style of his posts, the way he slams, berates, or sometimes even compliments can be so sarcastically dry. I just think it fits him very well.

It's relevant because everyone here remembers it, and the point is that it's not about his avatar anyway. It's about SK being snarky. And he has the avatar because he's extra dedicated to site memes, which is a facet of his personality.

The title being linked to the avatar is fine, it's not like it's the sole basis. The avatar does give it some much needed depth, admittedly.

Used the phrase here in a Day2 deadline lynch runup and was then victimized by Jake's LYLO unvote that her attempted hammer FTW crossed with here.

ADD: I forget if it is 3 or 6 months on-site for a nom. notsci is at ~5. Also, while unotes catching hammers like this aren't original, in this age of pre-post edits/reviews, I don't recall any.
