FWIW, I think this particular setup is townsided but very random; there aren't enough swapping/chaos roles to make it worth trying to logic-solve them, so the best town strategy is to identify two scum and pile on. I have a feeling that 1NUW is balanced for a situation where there's a significant chance of any given player's role having changed.
