can you talk about this?In post 2222, midwaybear wrote:UNVOTE:
I am willing to vote flow right now cuz I think I was too lenient on my read earlier.
There's not much too it. I just think I am(was) townreading flow more because I townread him earlier in the game for gut reasons which doesn't really seem logical at this point in the day. I don't really see that much of an issue with the content (but I also haven't read it closely enough), but it's the activity that seems a bit off. flow's posting basically just dropped off after the first irl day. That could be just demotivation which is nai, but idk anymoreIn post 2226, innocentvillager wrote:can you talk about this?
I was referring specifically to alignment-reversed tells like typing "If I were town" instead of "I wish I were scum". Town definitely make the same mistakes, but if it were 50/50 that's >rand and would be valid. You seem to be talking about scumslips as a very broad concept ranging from obvious mechanical TMI ("If [Partner] uses Slip and Slide" where the partner never said the power's name was Slip and Slide) to small slips like midway's.In post 2220, northsidegal wrote:i'm a little confused myself, i think – what do you mean?In post 2219, Faker wrote:Should note that I think the probability distribution I'm getting at is more specific than NSG's, reading hers that context might be confusing.
to be clear you don't think midway slipped? im a little dumb to understand completely what ur sayingIn post 2233, Faker wrote:I was referring specifically to alignment-reversed tells like typing "If I were town" instead of "I wish I were scum". I don't think that's worth exploring or hashing out here.
A player here is a horse girl. It is up to you to find and vote them out.In post 2224, Mare wrote:Kind of very exhausted what is happening?
gotcha. for the record, i actually did used to (and maybe still might?) like freudian slip that i was scum when i was scum similar to your first example, at least personally. but yeah probably the conversation has passed, not worth talking over a ton.In post 2233, Faker wrote:I was referring specifically to alignment-reversed tells like typing "If I were town" instead of "I wish I were scum". Even if he winds up being mafia I probably wouldn't call it a slip except in the most strict definition that it does accidentally imply he is mafia. I see that exact mistake happen all the time from town and did it myself in Chara's Folly, again as town.In post 2235, innocentvillager wrote:to be clear you don't think midway slipped? im a little dumb to understand completely what ur saying
? i don't really know what this meansIn post 2232, midwaybear wrote:I just think I am(was) townreading flow more because I townread him earlier in the game for gut reasons which doesn't really seem logical at this point in the day
I have no fucking clue how to read Sleepless or Flow, fine with both of them though for differing reasons. The wagons I'm actually interested in outside of those (catboi/Pooky/Cakez all worthy of more pressure) nobody thought was worth joining. In post 2237, northsidegal wrote:where's your head at in regards to the end of day coalescing here? sorry if you've already explained, i'm still a few pages to go.
I townread flow earlier in the game from just gut feelings and I think my current read on him is just sheeping those gut feelings but not anything based in the present. In post 2239, innocentvillager wrote:? i don't really know what this means
Honestly, no. Pursue this as long as you want but I will never be sold on the slip itself, only perhaps the reactionary aftermath, and I don't care enough to find this. It's a several hundred page game and you are free to look for it if it is critical to not take my word for it.In post 2239, innocentvillager wrote:pedit: would be able to link ur post where you said something like that as town?
I don't see why I owe you a favor, nor should believe that I am likely to have it reciprocated in the long run.In post 2247, northsidegal wrote:faker can you unvote flow and vote sleepless for me as a favor
