I do agree it's bad if today devolves into being so MathBlade centric as yesterday, but I do think it sort of served its purpose yesterday in some way too.
And yeah, there was some consensus on the HEM slot, but near eod HEM was actually starting to give reads, like I mentioned, and they'd said they were going to give more when next they were on before they got hammered. I kind of agree with HQ that I wish the day had gone on a bit longer - at the time because I felt like "well, either these reads from HEM make me think twice about HEM-scum, or they're associatives to think about".

Everyone with comments like these and comments like "HEM was happy to go down so their buddies must have been in a good spot" are ignoring a very basic important point: HEM was in the hospital for half of yesterday, in particular, the half of yesterday where their wagon picked up steam. They probably had bigger concerns than playing their best scum game, and trying to make conclusive statements on the assumption that their play was good is... very silly.
That said: I still have mixed feelings on Math. I agree with Ari that Titus is simply not scum here (I also agree with whoever was complaining that she's sounding like MathBlade yesterday).
I look forward to being mad at ari (because there is literally no way i will not be).

@implo, fair. I did start today really negative, I was feeling really good about our progress and then Titus started off with 'i must have been shot!' which gave me team mafia flash backs.
@gamma, I find I read people better when I talk directly to them. You just seen to want to throw rocks at me, which doesn't help communication. Like I said, please ask me questions, etc. Like, how is what I said to Implo even ia - it's really basic, but it's something that I could've said as town or scum and been honest : I missed a 'n' and I prefer smaller games.

Noone seems interested in my scum reads and I don't think will be until we've flipped some or the more controversial slots. We have like a day and a half left and I just want to be done with today.
@titus I've spoken about math a lot. I don't think most people are scum reading him for reasons that I haven't seen them do as town. Also, as a competing wagon to hem who really hasn't shown a want to solve, I'm going to vote hem.
P-edit I just disagree. I'm not saying I can't be convinced, but I've explained why my read is what it is. I haven't ignored it, I've discussed it with Roden.

I feel like most of the Math wagon is pure (HQ and StD I’m pretty sure of, Titus is 95%, Dwlee is like 85%)
Why couldn’t scum just have been uninvolved? I think that’s potentially more logical based on the long stall yesterday.

I guess it depends how much scum believed the math wagon was actually viable - obviously they'd prefer it over losing one of their own, so I don't think it's massively likely that there were /zero/ scum on it..as I said to Hq, it wouldn't surprise me if it was one on hem (I'm sure there must have been bussing, probably in the later half of the wagon), and one off totally, which also kind of reflects in the way the votes are just spaced. Is this unreasonable?

I did look at you and STD again over night and realised that part of it is you post rapid fire and also very...certain things..I think your biggest post is still under 40 words. Std has some longer posts but I was shocked when I saw their activity was over 100 posts. I think I just find that hard to process

Bella I guess I don't really have a clear view of your reads as as a whole - like on me, you'd called one of my posts really shady, but also said you didn't want to lim me, and you're describing some specific reads as all over the place. What would be like, a short summary of your overall feelings on the game? Do you feel like you just don't have a great grasp on who's scum right now?

That's valid. I think my issue is I have a big chunk of the game as 'town' - math, Roden, hq, Ari, aus, actually you, and then rest of the game is just this '???'. Yesterday I was pretty sure hem was town and math was scum, and my town reads were voting hem and my ???? Were voting math (broadly).
I got quite a few reads through interaction - with you, with hq, with math, and both Ari and aus made a bunch of posts that seemed to mirror my exact thinking at the time. Roden just made one or two posts that seemed 100% town motivated, I can dig them out if you want?
I am also aware that I've also listed players in there that have qualities that I 'like', so an more inclined to town bin, and a common denominator in my '???', apart from Titus, is is a lot more quick, short posters.
My most confident scum read is wallflower.

I don't remember the last time I saw Gamma as scum but the angles he's taken are, idk, in line with how I feel like he'd be playing the game as town. It's the kind of read that I think I don't really feel the need to investigate deeply unless someone else familiar with Gamma sees something they think is scummy, and broadly people townread him, and I also still townread him.
