Sure does, but that doesn't make it any less of a real role. The N6 vigilante was no fakeclaim; it was, genuinely, something schadd included in the game and nothing changes that because it's an objective fact.

Also as an interesting but obscure aside having a n6 vig basically hamstrung sheep from stalling in 4p (not that stalling in 4p would have been a good play or anything)
