I buy his claim. It wouldn't have returned guilty to a loyal neighborizer (which he didn't even know) and it explains the track. You backpedaling makes it clear that you're both town. And you are probably lower priority if you don't fullclaim.

We need to make a decision between the 3 of us. Either Baltar is conf town, or scum had a voyeur on Baltar as he was making the kill and figured out that there was a tracker on him and that there wasn't a neighborizer attempt, and so they came up with a fakeclaim to get the tracker.

Those are the two possibilities and we need to figure it out.

ungated PT cop + 3 masons + one of the masons being a tracker... i can see that. scum probably has a PR or two for counterplay and/or finding masons, maybe they have a traitor (fake inno on the PT cop), idk. i know schadd makes ~funky~ setups. anyway i don't think baltar is scum. just, the way he was going around claiming, even before he dropped the PT cop claim, i was feeling that he's telling the truth (but unfortunately it was way too late to back down hahA)

scum having a PT cop is possible. but that would mean that a) baltar did the factional NK, b) took the claim from one of his scumbuddies.

oh yeah, important shit we need to discuss:

baltar can be used as a cop here, if i can leash him. do you think it's a good idea for me to ~hint~ at me being a mason to get him to agree to be leashed to (1) make sure baltar doesn't get a false guilty on one of you and (2) to try to get the nightkill onto me? a town PT cop is worth more than a town mason right now.

Yeah, icons flip flop and sorta layoff when I was getting pushed is feeling a bit off.

Dats, normally that would make me worry about a deepwolf, and icon is the candidate for that at the moment. Should we pressure there or just investigate it?

if yes, i think there's merit in tracking him tonight. i don't think we're getting an ico flip today *ever*, so might not be much point in pushing it. but i don't scumread him otherwise it's just a couple of things pinging me and sigh... i don't know.
