The hammer incident is pretty unique. One-line posting applies to A LOT of people and isn't something I would associate more with him than with other one-line posters.

Is this a multi-game occurrence? I feel like a title should be something someone is widely known for and is unique to them. But maybe I'm just a bitter old man.

It broke the game, turning it from a LyLo loss to a scum rout. And yes, notsci hammered on other occasions both in that game and others.

Everyone has hammered. I mean the specific "this is a hammer" joke.
This trend of shit play == title nom is saddening.

Like these?
When's the last time you saw someone get caught trying to quickhammer because of a ninja unvote? It probably hasn't happened since preview edits were introduced. It's unique, it's interesting.

It wasn't shit play (not like we haven't given titles for that before - hi zorotter!). It was INCREDIBLY unlucky play. Jake beat them to the hammer by 30 seconds.
They were coordinating it via daytalk.

Fair points. You've talked me down.

Going to take this one to the other side: Nominate
Jake from State Farm
for
Eternal vigilance
(also acceptable:
Not on my watch!
)
As Flay said, Jake was able to unvote during a Mafia quickhammer
coordinated with daytalk
here -- a window of about a minute all told.

Ugh, I feel like Jake's side is more of a Memorable Moment thing than a title... brb.

I massively prefer the Notscience title, simply because :theming:
The Crocodile Dundee joke with the failed quick hammer in the same game is just too good.

I think the Jake title is a stretch, way moreso than the notsci one.
I'm not opposed to it, but I feel like Title/Scummy is the better fit.

I feel like I'm known more for my self declaration of being obv town in every game than 1 awesomely lucky incident.
But normally in lylo If I have a vote down I have another tab open ready to unvote

I don't have a problem with it.
