i don't think it is, necessarily. i do make an effort not to be unreasonable as scum more than i do as town, but it's not like i'd ever be unreasonable as town on .

i think i'd characterize my scumgame most as feeling vulnerable. when i get an early townread from a few players i'm okay as scum, but if i'm under pressure i start to crack and end up playing really conservatively. that's what happened in FGO when i felt pretty hopeless with our whole team missing from townread lists, and it lead to my activity taking a hit. if the game is going well for the team i'm better at replicating my townself.

no idea how i would describe my towngame. i would guess there's less fear, but i still get tripped up if i get heavily pushed so maybe that's just how i am?

tbh i'm starting to think how "towny" i am is heavily dependent on irl/game-specific factors like the plist and my scumteam, and has nothing to do with my alignment. i don't know any players onsite offhand who can accurately meta me, but i also think that's the case for a big percentage of players.

...that isn't to say i think i'm somehow exempt from being able to be sorted or that my games are actually identical, cause they're not, i just haven't seen any claims about what Chara does as scum or town that ended up really being accurate. but this is pretty off topic.

SS: do you have any insight into your town vs. your scumgame? i still don't really know how to read you, though i want to say you're more likely town here for how you defended Flea.

Uh, it's really hard for me to talk about my scumgame since it's so inconsistent nowadays. I feel like the biggest difference is that my scumgame isn't very dynamic? As in, it's hard for me to respond quickly to stuff in a genuine-seeming way.

If you want me to point to anything in this game that I would have done differently as scum... honestly, I have no idea. Probably I would have interacted with LLD and morph in a more stilted way, since I'd be scared stiff of them.

I think appearing reasonable is, by and large, a mild scumtell, since scum generally want to appear reasonable as an end goal and town often don't care how they appear.

I don't think that applies in this case because Chara is aware of it.

I think this is true in theory and generally its not the end of the world for town to get eliminated but I think in practice it doesnt work out this way and town want to be town read almost as much if not more (in some cases) than scum.
