I don't like this at all. Why would scum (or anyone for that matter) block a claimed IC? You SAYING this, ESPECIALLY after gamma just claiming roleblocker is friggin HIGHLY suspect. Why would town you do this? The answer: they wouldn't.

I would think he would have done more, personally, of either town or scum. That's why I was sort of gravitating to 3p, but the last time I thought someone was 3p they ended up flipping scum, so...

it could be he's scum and just really doesn't like his team? idk, but I do think it's worth thinking about other possible explanations when someone is really far outside their meta (or at least he feels that way to me)
