i'm participating in a design sprint in half an hour - i agree norwee is a hard occam's razor read - its how I landed there myself. I don't actually townread them and the night kills point directly to him.

I dont think we should rush this day today though - We need to push through content today as much as possible in order to make sure we have a full solve. As of right now I have at best 2 solid scumreads and the last scum is a crapshoot - which isn't good.
