Also there is the fact that if there was a Mafia Ninja the scum kill can't possibly fail as Ninja bypasses protectives, watchers, and roleblockers.

Strongman bypasses protectives, watchers and roleblockers. Ninja is only invisible to trackers, watchers, followers, voyers, motion detectors and stuff.
