In my recent experience, Flavor Leaf has gotten increasingly discouraged with scum games. Winning Don Corleone directly made him more mislynchable from his own words. He played a lot of scumgames in the past year, and my most recent two games with a scum Flavor Leaf was as his partner, where he started off disheartened before the game even began due to the roles the scumteam were given, and TM2020 Large Theme, where he played his heart out and lost after gaining a large advantage.
I can see him looking at this game and not having the heart to play it, especially after realizing that the odds of him being removed from the game night one isn't low.

Scum!FL engages with the game noise and helps producing more. He can whiteknight partners as well as bus them with ease. He recently suffered (at least) 2 losses as scum, so he could be up for a significant change of meta. It's still a townlean to me, but the change might actually be too drastic to be readable as i previously hought it was.
TL;DR i wouldn't lynch there rn

It feels weird that EA has only started attacking SB when SB started attacking them? Like I don't think EA had any sort of read there before. I agree with the reasoning but the timing feels weird. SB noticed it too in
2281.

I would join a Flavortown wagon but I don't think Ircher wants to go there. I agree they are getting overlooked by a lot of people.
I'm becoming less opposed to a Smol Might lynch.

Why doesn't George just claim his role? We have a gravity surge thing drawing all actions anyway, he's safe for at least two nights.
The only thing that stops me from lynching him is his claim which I have no idea what it is or how it makes him town.

Ok I feel like Farkran is asking too many questions about why people are scum reading me to the point where it seems intentional
As if they're trying to capitalize on my very early/premature town read of their entrance and either endear themselves to me or associate my slot to theirs in the event that they flip
Maybe I'm just self involved and only pay attention to posts that mention me but this makes me feel apprehensive

You should notice that, aside from Ms Despair whom i have sorted later, i spent next to zero time sorting the people in that townbloc and i have quite high confidence in being accurate on all those names. Asking around about you is because my level of confidence on you was lower, and it is now possibly even lower - not based on this catchup that you are doing right now, i'm still a bit concerned about how the egospray wagon regained popularity several pages ago. 1 scum around that wagon is still plausible, including egospray. Honestly i'm surprised to see i'm the only one who thinks that.

i have recently played a game against scum!him where he was caught for a bad catchup. He hadn't produced much in that game, and he complained a lot when he was lynched. He sounded quite genuine in that complain, even if he had been bussed - this impression was reinforced by even more complains in the scum PT that i read when it was opened - implying that he would probably have liked to play more with his role. This makes me think that he does not hate being scum and he wouldn't be demotivated by rolling scum here - he would also be very aware that doing shitty catchups and/or producing poor content would get himself caught, so i don't think we're looking at scum!eragon here.
Of course there is a layer of wifom surrounding this analysis, but i don't see eragon as the type to play around wifom. He made mistakes in the last game, but he would fix them by playing more, not by disengaging. I think he's the type to be overwhelmed by the game pace though - last time we were neighbors and he could contribute mainly through me. In the main thread he wasn't very active, as town. I won't be on this wagon.
I had him as scum initially, and i don't townread him now. There have been weird movement around his slot, but when he entered the spotlight he started producing more. There is a chance that the scumteam prodded him to produce more content - i would do that if i were coaching him, so it's still a valid lynch to me, but as i said i also didn't like how the second egospray wagon formed - this makes him a nice info lynch, but i'm not sure how he would flip. Hectic townreading there makes me more hesitant, but i can still compromise on egospray.
I'm surprised to see exactly zero interest in my analysis of Feminist Bloc though - a lot of people haven't spoken up yet, but the only people who answered are active slots who townread them and it's weird. No doubts, no questions asked - just whiteknighting which mostly came from blake/yang.

Looking at the rest of this post I'm still, like, not sure about this slot. I mean, they've been asking a *lot* of questions and part of me wants to jump to the conclusion that they're asking as many questions as possible as a method to look like less of a lurker slot and avoid being pushed for that, but none of the questions are really invalid? There's a lot of asking for expansion on small things so I guess it'll be interesting to see the follow-up for that.

Please explain? DA has been very expansive about their reads and posted a large case on Equitable last page detailing their progression on the slot and why they think it's scum, how is voting them "willing to lynch anyone?"

I'm pretty okay with a SM lynch i guess it's like the 'easy lynch' and a pretty null slot which isn't great but I think a lot of people seem town in this game so i'm much more willing to vote for a slot that's kinda disappeared I think. I don't feel any need to vote them right now because plurality and we still have a while but if there are counterwagons between SM vs someone else I will vote for the SM wagon unless smth changes.
re:Flavor; i mean I get the whole thing about scum!flavour not usually being so quiet but like... I don't think town!flavour really is usually either so this is just a change either way? Granted I haven't played in a while so this could have changed but I remember playing multiple games with scum!fl and there wasn't really anything obvious connecting his playstyle between games.

I really don't like the phrasing of the questions. It's like...they're framed in a way that's almost meant to tell people why their reads suck and asking why their process sucks and guiding them to correcting them, instead of deducing why someone thinks the way they do. Examples include, but are not limited to :

Just reading these, the general mentality Ausuka is posting under is "I disagree with them..." and that's literally just it. Half of the questions are asking for more elaboration that she ultimately doesn't chase afterwards, it's just so limp and dull. There's no worldbuilding. There's no discerning alignment, just kind of pointing out things she finds weird and that's it. It's like, they see something that's barely understandable, she asks for elaboration instead of drawing something out of it. For the sake of the argument, let's say she's T here. Not one of those questions, after getting the elaboration, is followed up on with constructing how she feels on a particular slot after the explanation.
She did mention having this habit of forming questions weirdly, can anyone back that fact up? I kind of want to draw a comparison between ausuka's baseline questioning process as town. This is potentially a huge incriminatory piece of evidence but if she phrases questions like that in her town games normally, then I should be aware of it.
These questions man, they rustle my jimmies.

It's like, she finds a place where she can easily establish a sorting process, ergo different opinions, but it's kind of just letting people know they're wrong through their line of questioning instead of deducing if they are town or mafia for being wrong, hope that makes sense.
