He replaces into a game and it takes him a WEEK to catch up. And even then it's not really anything substantial. The way he claimed is odd, but what he claimed is even oddddder. However, lynching here is bad because he's literally the only other claimed PR. The previous VT claim is possible, and I think we shouldn't pressure here.

Scum don't come into the game and claim that because it doesn't benefit them at all. If anything, it puts them behind. I agree with this tho. He was passive until a couple days before the deadline and was pushing all actives to slow down. BUT there is NO scum benefit to his claim, and I don't think he would claim that as scum. Icon is right that I normally would have been a better turkey and read everything quicker but I’ve been working a lot and my commutes have been stupid ridiculous (2 hours each way) so it drains my desire to do anything other than sleep recently.
