its 100x more likely that Farkran happened to fake claim Neo to his neighbors and by happen stance popopop is one. Then Farkran was rolecop and found out popopop is the real one. And asked for him to claim first to immediately CC his claim.

This is not true. If player A claims power role, and player B claims the same power role, then player B is usually believed becausee usually player A is claiming out of a wagon wheras player B is calling out player A's lie.

Because he was caught scum today, he knew it and went for a role that would make his claim believable

A claimed tracker has already died, meaning there is hardly another tracker-like role, and also there's hardly a protective given that their kill went through

idk from my experience it depends on situation. In this situation since Farkran asked X to claim. I guess Farkran is more believable. But in general, I don't really think so?

ive had to rescind claims before to stop a town power role from getting lynched because they CCed my claim when I faked a town power role.

No? I am saying its pretty situational. Like if I came in and CCed a player I would laugh u off the face of the earth if u just immediately bought my claim. I fake claim every day of the week. Why believe me? So i think we need to analyze this from a overall perspective of why someone CCs and i think they do so to improve win chances.

Farkran wasn't really in danger of mislynch. Popopop was kind of since he was in lower run of people townreads. So either we think Farkran thinks CC here really believes his teammate can carry without him and just wants to see if he can improve the odds a bit by getting us to lynch PR or he just isn't lying.

man i could go into a rant about how scum can easily produce crumbs. I have done so in the past. Its not hard to make a few spicy crumbs here and there and later claim "ohh yeah i was claiming it here". People buy crumbs too easily. It doesn't prove anything other than 'ohh hey he made a post before about something like this'. Its like people think scum can't plan or do long term strategy.
