Can yall hang on a moment? I am convinced Titus is the last; however, there's no need for rushing. There are things to discuss.

Like if Titus flips town.

In Watch Your Step (I think or maybe it was the other game I was playing at that same time), we had a similar situation where X claimed he would block Y. There was no kill, and people rushed to vote his target. However, scum had obviously seen what had been claimed, and no killed to frame the other person.

We're in a situation where we do have a mislynch to spare. If Titus flips town, and we lose a town tonight, we'll be in 4p LYLO tomorrow. This is, of course, assuming Anti blocks the wrong person (or if Anti is the last).

So, if Titus flips town, my first instinct would be bubba the way he has been incorrectly pushing my slot and avoiding the gm lynch, and pushing the Jingle lynch.

HOWEVER, should Titus flip town and someone else dies, Anti would be confscum. Obviously, the right move for scumAnti would be to no kill again, claim to have blocked bubba, and win with his lynch. There is absolutely no way for us to avoid this without lynching him today, and I'm not willing to do that, so based on all of this, I have no choice but to continue assuming that Anti is town and Titus' lynch will end the game.

Should it not, we lynch bubba tomorrow.

Does any of that make sense?

well if scum are doing that then 1) we should completely ignore my action and/or 2) scum still think they can use etl's paranoia against me.

Titus fought the gm lynch. Did you forget that? She also fought the SG lynch. This is classic scum Titus behavior wrt her buddies. And the coordinated effort to make me a counterwagon yesterday from BOTH Titus and gm? Or the day before, pushing the Jingle lynch in tandem? Or how about the fact that they were practically soul sisters all of D1/D2, protecting each other, chain sawing their attackers, and white knighting the fuck out of the wrong people?

I agree with this. I don't think the action matters. However I don't see how it gives multiple Mislynches.

Optimal play here is simple. We lynch titus, due to the soft-guilty. Anti claims his target just in case. We reevaluate, if necessary, tomorrow. I think bubba is the best roleblock target tonight if Titus flips town.

With that said, Titus is not going to flip town.

Oh. Bubba, see my initial post of the day. I mean the one not gloating like an ass. I explained how night actions could be used to get false guilties that would lead to a scum win.

Basically, let's say Titus is town and Anti is a town RB. Anti declares he will block Titus. Scum Y no kill to frame Titus. Anti starts the day with "I blocked Titus and there was no kill". So we lynch Titus, and she flips town. Anti again declares he will block X. Scum no kill again. Next day, Anti says "I blocked X and there was no kill." We lynch X, but X was town. And Scum Y wins.

Essentially, declaring targets can be good or it can be bad. At this point, it's useless to use the information in any other way than strictly "interesting side info".

I would say that Anti should not declare his target in case Titus does flip town, and let him choose based on his own analysis.
