For me it's they claim or they die. If they're town, they'll claim. If they're not, they can die. I refuse to let someone get away with not claiming and behaving liek this and living. i think the way to handle this is as follows

berserker unvotes at some point so she can cast the hammer vote

berserker claims what her info is in the hammer post

this allows us to validate that she was not lying without giving moon cancer a chance to wiggle out
